Holiday Inn Resort Vana Nava Hua Hin

Wonderful hotel, friendly staff, and perfect location to the water park - and a short took took to all other attractions throughout Huan Hin. Stayed for 9 nights - great facilities and an absolutely beautiful pool. Only downside being it is on the pricey side at ~$500 aus per night for our family of 5. Includes breakfast which was delicious!

The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The room was clean, spacious, and well-designed, with a very comfortable bed. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The location is also very convenient, close to major attractions and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The hotel is new ,clean ,with good location with well trained staff and positive vibes ,I had stayed 4 times there and will back there soon,

Pros: The rooms are spacious and suitable for families with young children. Free access to the water park during the day is a nice perk. The rooftop bar/restaurant has a lovely sunset view, good food, and a great atmosphere. Guests receive coins to use for food in the water park and for video games. There is on-site parking for those arriving by car. The gym equipment is a bit outdated, but overall acceptable. Cons: Most of the attractions in the water park are for children over 122 cm tall. Our daughter is 121 cm, so she could only use three attractions. After a day and a half, there wasn’t much left for her to enjoy. The rooftop pool at the hotel is small, windy, and not very pleasant to sit by. There are no umbrellas, and the sun is very strong — after about an hour, there’s not much reason to stay. Aside from the water park, there isn’t much to do at the hotel. It doesn’t feel like a resort experience compared to other hotels in the area. The cleanliness of the public areas in the hotel is below expectations. There is nothing around the hotel — every trip out requires a car or taxi. It’s not located near shopping malls, restaurants, or the beach. Breakfast is extremely crowded and offers limited options for Western tourists — it’s mainly tailored to local/East Asian guests. The towels in the rooms are low quality. We originally booked four nights but checked out after three because we simply weren’t enjoying our stay. The front desk staff didn’t even ask why we were leaving early despite having paid for four nights, which reflects the overall level of service. Bottom line: One night would have been enough just to experience the water park.
