We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Resort Vana Nava Hua Hin. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and we slept very well throughout our stay. The water park was a huge highlight for our family and provided endless fun for the children. The hotel is very family-friendly, with plenty of activities and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were kind and professional, and we especially appreciated the care shown by the management team during our stay. Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience and would happily return in the future. We highly recommend this resort to families visiting Hua Hin.

The room and the hotel's location were excellent. My kids especially enjoyed their time at the kids' club and had a lot of fun at the water park. The only aspect we did not enjoy was the breakfast. There were limited international food options suitable for Muslim guests, and the smell in the breakfast area was not pleasant. Another positive feature was the complimentary shuttle bus service to the mall, which was very convenient. However, the shuttle was sometimes fully booked, leaving no available seats for other guests. For future improvements, I would recommend two things: expanding and enhancing the breakfast menu with more international and Muslim-friendly options, and either increasing the number of shuttle buses or adding more shuttle trips to better accommodate guest demand. Additionally, it would be beneficial to review the water park's policy regarding swimming shoes. We were asked by the staff to remove our swimming shoes despite them being specifically designed for use at beaches and water parks, which was unexpected and somewhat inconvenient.
