Holiday Inn Resort Vana Nava Hua Hin

NEVER AGAIN! Me and my family expected everything was already in place when we arrived in Holiday Inn Hua Hin since our arrival was pretty late and it was 12midnight already. When we arrived it took us an hour just to get checked in and our room keys wouldnt work so one of us had to go back to the lobby to had it fixed or replaced and when we got back up same thing happened didnt work, the staff didnt even bother going up to our room to handle the issue herself she just made us go up and down 3 times and all my family were already sleepy, they waited for us to get mad to resolve the situation. I mean I get it its the middle of the night some of the staff are also sleepy but this is a freaking hotel, take care of the guests for Gods sake. Another thing, we were there for 3 days and during breakfast buffets we didnt had any problem since everyone of us had slots for the buffet, on the last day we were there one of our family members were denied access since all slots we had were already checked, I even explained and counted everyone of us and on my count one was still available but they checked it already saying that the slot intended for that person was already inside, anyone would get frustrated with that, anyways, the worst experience we had on a family vacation, were paying right but get treated like garbage.

Mostly room is good perfect clean room But need to improve the check in and check out time Check in time should be early Check out should be late to 14pm

This hotel is excellent, with lush greenery and a clean environment. The lobby offers a beautiful view, and the service is outstanding. The food is delicious, and the water park is fan

The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms are clean. The view is very nice. I really loved the swimming pool—the view from the pool is amazing, with a wide view of the sea.

Great rooms. Clean and spacious. Super clean property. Service quick and responsive. Sound proof rooms. Fairly quiet. Some suggestions - upgrade breakfast by adding some higher quality products. Roof top bar seems to be using off b rand liquors in their cocktails and a bit weak.
