Holiday Inn Resort Vana Nava Hua Hin

Had a great time during our stay. Especially, during check in the reception was really helpful and friendly toward us. The food was great the vibe was great! Totally recommended!

Very impressed with our stay at Holiday Inn Vana Nava Hua Hin. This was our second time here, Before our arrival, around 1:20 PM, a staff member kindly called to inform us that our room was already ready and that we could check in early. All of the staff were lovely, starting from the security guards at the entrance who warmly greeted us, to the bell staff who quickly came out to welcome us upon arrival. The security staff also helped open the car door and assisted my mother out of the vehicle. It made us feel very cared for and welcomed. And the service was still amazing. Staff were warm, friendly. At the check-in counter, the Front Office staff member (short hair, unfortunately we forgot the name) provided excellent service. Very friendly, helpful. The room was clean, and the water park was the highlight for our daughter . we will definitely be back again!

Very comfortable nice hotel. Free access to water park. And children indoor playgrounds. We had stayed 4 nights. Great experience

This hotel is well-suited for family trip for enjoy moment of waterpark amuzement and delicious food around Hua-hin area. Our group came 2 family with 2 childs. All member are appreciated holistic trip because you can enter waterpark just by walking less than a minutes. However, breakfast at hotel are organized based on traditional Thai mostly. If you look for a variety of tasty cheese and fine bread. You may be disappointed.

The Holiday Inn Resort Hua Hin. This Resort is very clean and you can see the Executive housekeeper really cares about this Resort,The Room so clean and comfortable impressed with cleanliness of the room. There are always busy with families but this property is spotless. This Resort is a great family destination attached to a Water Park. Thomas the General Manager does a great job leading this team,as most associates were happy and provided great customer service especially Khun Nancy and Khun Tu greeted us with heart felt warm welcome. ———————————— There was front desk associate And her name is Namfon, did not clearly communicate, rushed the check in process and was nothing more than a transactional check in. There was an incident in the Plamong Breakfast dining room although Resort executives resolved immediately. Great Resort and happy hour specials by the pool from 4:00-5:00PM The Stellar &Sky bar Rooftop is the best,The Caesar salad made tableside it’s much have. The executive Chef Rabit greeted our table explained the menu and made sure we enjoyed our dining experience. Our 92 years old Mother enjoyed the over stay.She looking to coming back for her 93rd.
