It was good time to stay with hotel. The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful when we have asked them for any help. Especially khun Ploy who was receptionist took care of our checking, she told us every single benefit of IHG member and hotel information.

We traveled by private car, and upon arrival at the hotel, the bellman warmly welcomed us. He was polite, professional, and very helpful with our luggage. He provided clear and complete information and kindly guided us to the check-in area. While waiting for our room, we had lunch at the Pramong Restaurant. Khun Koy delivered excellent service professional, attentive, and service minded. We were truly impressed by the hospitality and overall experience. We definitely plan to return and stay here again next year.
