This hotel is truly a wonderful place for a relaxing getaway. The atmosphere is peaceful, the air is fresh, and its convenient location not far from Bangkok makes it an ideal destination that I always look forward to returning to. The highlight of my stay was the outstanding hospitality from the team. I would especially like to recognize Chef Manoj, Chef Noi, and Chef Rabbit. The food was excellent, and every meal was made even more enjoyable by the warm and friendly service. I would also like to compliment Bai Fern, Kloy, and Pam, along with the rest of the restaurant team. Although I cannot remember everyone's names, each member was welcoming, polite, professional, and demonstrated exceptional service with genuine smiles. At the Rooftop Bar, Mark and Earn made every visit memorable. They were friendly, attentive, engaging, and paid close attention to every detail. Their warm personalities created such a comfortable atmosphere that it felt more like spending time with friends than simply visiting a hotel bar. They are definitely one of the reasons I would love to return again. At the beginning of my stay, I was a little disappointed with Room 2410 because it felt rather enclosed and not as airy as I had hoped, making it less suitable for both relaxation and work. Although I truly appreciated the complimentary gesture from the hotel, I am especially grateful to Nancy, who listened with kindness and did everything she could to help. Her professionalism and care completely changed my experience and convinced me to stay after traveling such a long way specifically to visit this hotel. I would also like to recognize the Housekeeping team, especially Khun Duan, Khun Bee, Khun X, James from Concierge, and the Security team near the railway side of the property. They always greeted me warmly and frequently asked if I needed any assistance. Their genuine willingness to help made me feel welcomed and well cared for throughout my stay. I am particularly sensitive to odors, especially fishy smells or lingering odors from improperly cleaned utensils. Fortunately, everything in the restaurant was perfectly clean, and I did not notice any unpleasant smell. The only exception was the drain odor that suddenly came up while I was washing my face—it honestly caught me by surprise and almost knocked me out! 🤣 Thankfully, Jack's explanation helped me understand the situation and put my mind at ease. A special thank you to mr. Jack for taking the time to explain the plumbing system. Finally, I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the entire IHG team. Thank you to GM Tomas, Khun Arron (I hope I spelled your name correctly), Chef Manoj, and everyone who contributed to making my stay such a memorable and enjoyable experience.
