Holiday Inn Resort Vana Nava Hua Hin

We had a fantastic vacation at Holiday Inn Hua Hin! It is a modern, brand-new hotel offering clean, stylish, and extremely comfortable rooms. As club members, we received a wonderfully warm welcome upon arrival, complete with refreshing welcome drinks that set a great tone for our trip. The highlight of our stay was celebrating our daughter's 12th birthday (Bat Mitzvah). The hotel team went above and beyond by surprising her with a delicious birthday cake brought right to our room—a thoughtful, amazing gesture that made her feel so special! Having free, unlimited access to the Vana Nava Water Park right next door was a massive bonus for our family, and the complimentary shuttle service to the town center made getting around Hua Hin effortless. Thank you to the entire team for a wonderful vacation and incredible hospitality. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hua Hin!

We enjoyed our 2-night stay at Vana Nava Holiday Inn Resort with family. The hotel staff is very helpful, friendly, and attentive to every need. They recognized an anniversary and birthday in our group with cake left in the room. We paid extra for the abundant breakfast buffet that was good. Due to the adjacent water park, the hotel catered to children, which was expected. The hotel is big with enough space to handle the noise and enthusiasm of families with kids. Overall it was a very good stay.

We booked this hotel using our IHG points, as we have been loyal IHG members for many years. This trip was a special celebration for three families, including birthdays and an anniversary, with one child traveling with us. Before our arrival, we emailed the hotel regarding our celebrations, and everything was handled by Ms. Anna, the manager. She was absolutely exceptional and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. She arranged both a birthday cake and an anniversary cake for our celebrations. She also provided welcome drinks for both the adults and the child, which we enjoyed while taking in the beautiful view from the top floor. Her hospitality truly made our stay special. The rooms included access to the water park, and Ms. Anna kindly allowed us to use the water park on our arrival day before check-in, which was a wonderful gesture and greatly appreciated. We also had a lovely experience with the breakfast staff. The ladies at the restaurant were kind, friendly, and always greeted us with a smile. They took the time to recommend several great places for dinner, including the hotel's rooftop restaurant, which was an excellent suggestion. Their warm and caring service made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The only downside was the breakfast. Since we booked using IHG points, breakfast was not included and had to be purchased separately. Children could eat for free, which was a nice benefit. I spoke with Ms. Anna about this because, in our experience staying at Holiday Inn hotels around the world, breakfast has usually been included even when redeeming points. She explained the hotel's policy and professionally offered us the IHG member discount for breakfast, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the breakfast itself was average and did not meet our expectations for the price. Compared with other hotels we have stayed at, such as Marriott, Sheraton, Dusit, and Avani Hua Hin, the quality and variety were not as impressive. While it was convenient to have breakfast at the hotel instead of going elsewhere, the food was simply not a "wow" experience. Overall, despite the disappointing breakfast, the outstanding hospitality more than made up for it. Ms. Anna's genuine care, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond deserve special recognition. The breakfast team was also wonderful, making every morning pleasant with their kindness and thoughtful recommendations. Together, they turned what could have been an ordinary stay into a memorable celebration for our families. We left the hotel very happy and hope the team continues providing this level of exceptional customer service. Great hospitality creates lasting memories, and that is exactly what we experienced during our stay.

I had a fantastic experience staying at the Holiday Inn Vana Nava Hua Hin ! From the moment we checked in, the staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. ​The rooms are modern, exceptionally clean, and thoughtfully designed with super comfortable beds and great amenities for a restful night's sleep. The housekeeping team does a wonderful job maintaining high standards. ​The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a great variety of both delicious local Thai cuisine and international dishes to start the day right.

Good for families, but you need to like to be in the mass of people at breakfast and love to stay in line for elevator rite after Vana Nava waterpark closes. So my advice, pick the earliest slot for breakfast and leave Vana Nava at least 30 minutes before closing. Overall staff is dedicated and provides, cleanliness is very good, Wi-Fi signal great. A lot of activities can be done already in the hotel itself or just close by Vana Nava. But it lacks that personal note which you receive if you stay in smaller hotels. Great for those who like cruise ships. Good for experience it and excellent deal if you want to experience Vana Nava.
