Holiday Inn Resort Vana Nava Hua Hin

This is our second stay at the hotel, and the experience was equally great overall. All members of the staff we interacted with were very helpful and went above and beyond to offer the best service possible. The hotel location is a bit of a challenge as it is somewhat far away from the beach, but the main attraction is the Vana Nava water park, and the convenience of the train package. This time we took the Royal Blossom train which was very nicely organized, with great entertainment for the kids.

Near Tamarind market, we can go get some delicious street foods there. The room is great. Most of staffs are also very helpful, only the staff lady at the Cafe on L floor was somewhat terse. The breakfast has a wide variety of food although lack of fish and seafood. During the peak time, it took a bit long time for the elevator. Anyway, the overall services are great.

We had a wonderful stay here. The hotel was very nice, and what impressed us the most was the excellent service from all the staff. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and took great care of us from the reception team and housekeeping staff to the restaurant, spa, and game room teams. The food was delicious and of very good quality. Considering the overall experience, service, facilities, and food quality, we felt the price was very reasonable and offered great value for money. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to families and anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service.

It was my second time to visit the facility and like before had a perfect experience. From the amazing breakfast options to having all the required to have my kids enjoy and equally give us an opportunity to enjoy too. They offer a wonderful water park access, a kids park access and a gaming zone that not only makes the experience worthwhile for kids but also for parents who can also get a window to enjoy while being sure that the kids are safe and taken care off. The roof top pool, its happy hour offers, and the sunset view makes the experience even better. I think if anyone is planning to take a break and wants to be in peaceful city with nice night markets, and a hotel that gives you options to spend your entire day productively while relaxing, this is a must try. I must not forget the extremely helpful and cooperative staff who amidst high guest frequency yet ensure everyone feels at home.

I generally don't like to stay at top-end hotels. I find them stuffy and too serious. Holiday Inn Vana Nava however, was incredible. We only stayed 1 night but used the facilities for nearlytwi. Next time we will stay for longer! Great gor little kids, but just as good for big kids like me. The staff and service is first-class, the waterpark is brilliant, rooftop pool and bar are a proper treat. I have never seen a breakfast buffet like it. It is enormous. No chance to get bored or repetitive. Also, thefamily rooms are amazing. When you break it down its excellent value for mobey. Nothing to fault at all.
