Hyatt Regency Bangkok Sukhumvit

The conditions of the room were subpar, it was generally clean but areas which required maintenance seemed to be overlooked. My bathtub started leaking in the middle of the night and flooded my entire bathroom causing me to lose quite a bit of sleep. I had an evening flight the following day so I ended up having to pay for an extra half day just so i could get some rest. No apology was extended upon check out, they did not seem to have prepared any service recovery actions.

Lavish hotel in an excellent location. Best thing is the helpful and friendly Staff. The hotel interiors are in good condition, it has parking facilities for the Guests. Many good restaurants are just a walk away. So also the Skyline train. The Gym and pool are excellent. Overall a nice and comfortable stay.

It was my first time enjoying afternoon tea, and I had a wonderful experience. Papang was incredibly kind and made me feel comfortable even though I was visiting alone. Both the savory items and the desserts were delicious. I especially loved the salmon tart, the mango sticky rice, and the scones. The Earl Grey tea was wonderfully fragrant, and I had such a lovely and relaxing afternoon. Thank you so much!

The service was excellent, and I really loved how the hotel arranged activities that made the experience feel lively and exciting. Sometimes, all you need after waking up early is a good cup of coffee and a great conversation to create a wonderful morning. The Lobby Lounge at Hyatt Regency Bangkok Sukhumvit is conveniently located not far from home and has such a relaxing atmosphere. A special thank you to Khun Parry for the warm hospitality and lovely conversation. It was truly a great way to start the day!
