The service staff, Khun Ju and Khun Papang, were excellent. The afternoon tea set was delicious, and both the coffee and tea were delightful. The atmosphere was very pleasant. This is definitely a place I would recommend if you’re looking to enjoy afternoon tea in a nice setting.

The location is also very convenient, making it easy to stop by while exploring Bangkok or simply enjoy a peaceful break during the day. A special thank you to the team for the thoughtful birthday cake—it was a lovely surprise and made the experience even more memorable. As I am muslim my expectation is Hyatt Regency shoud have prayer room and having sign of Qibla direction. Check in process should be easy without any security money.

everything was very good. Specially room atmosphere, Cleanliness. Various types of food items in Buffet break fast specially indian food and fresh juice.

Good location, very near to the night market, great friendly and helpful staff, modern clean room and very nice pool area. The Hyatt invariably lives up to expectations.
