Hyatt Regency Bangkok Sukhumvit

Immaculate hotel, welcoming staff, wonderful breakfast. I will be returning. I wish I had more time to enjoy the hotel but my trip was short.

We had an excellent 4 night stay here and had nothing but good things to say about the hotel itself. The rooms were comfortable, AC was strong (which was needed!), the breakfast buffet was fantastic and varied, and the service was outstanding. My only real nitpick is that the location is more in a bar/restaurant area, and not in the like “center” so our tours all told us they wouldn’t pick us up from this hotel (too far from the city center according to them). Also, the pool area could use more shade during the heat of the day, and a cooler (temperature wise) pool would have really hit the spot in the afternoon sun. Otherwise, id highly recommend, especially if you have Hyatt status/club access to take advantage of all the amenities and the amazing breakfast.

I came to Cafe Buongiorno in the Lobby to get coffee. One of the best service and brightening smile from your staff was very memorable for me. She remembered me and greeted and made me feel like I am home. Keep up the good work. 5 stars hotel must have 5 star service that she provided. Her name is Papang. Keep up the good work!

Wonderful hotel with the most extensive breakfast buffet I have ever seen. The only drawback is the access to the MRT blue line. You have to either walk a fair distance to Sukhumvit or take the skytrain from Nana and transfer to Sukhumvit. (Two different payment methods).

Lovely stay as usual and always…third visit to this lovely property..everything is world class and top class …above all hospitality of the entire team is very warm and welcoming
