Hyatt Regency Bangkok Sukhumvit

I came to Cafe Buongiorno in the Lobby to get coffee. One of the best service and brightening smile from your staff was very memorable for me. She remembered me and greeted and made me feel like I am home. Keep up the good work. 5 stars hotel must have 5 star service that she provided. Her name is Papang. Keep up the good work!

Wonderful hotel with the most extensive breakfast buffet I have ever seen. The only drawback is the access to the MRT blue line. You have to either walk a fair distance to Sukhumvit or take the skytrain from Nana and transfer to Sukhumvit. (Two different payment methods).

Lovely stay as usual and always…third visit to this lovely property..everything is world class and top class …above all hospitality of the entire team is very warm and welcoming

The room is spacious and clean, the staff are friendly, the breakfast is good, and it’s especially convenient for getting to tourist attractions

Beautiful and amazing experience, staff so helpful and friendly. Room stunning! Upgraded to the nicest room I have ever stayed in, like a penthouse apartment with incredible views. I would love to return again
