First Hyatt hotel ever stay and very satisfied with friendly service, nice ambience Regency Club, great varieties and good quality food both in the Club and Market Café.

I stayed here for four nights and had an amazing experience. They were actually setting up for an event right when I arrived, so I couldn't really hang out in the lobby for long. However, one of the managers completely made up for the inconvenience by treating me to a complimentary lunch at their on-property restaurant, which was a class act move right out of the gate. As for the property itself, it’s absolutely beautiful and has a great luxury feel. The rooms are incredibly spacious and the decor is completely on point. I loved the small, thoughtful tech touches as there was a Bluetooth JBL speaker and plenty of universal outlets with USB ports right where you needed them, which made keeping devices charged so convenient. The city views from the floor-to-ceiling windows were top-tier, too. Outside of the rooms, they have some really unique common areas, including a dedicated game zone that had a Nintendo available to use for most of the day. If you want to relax around the hotel, there's plenty of space to lounge throughout the common areas, plus a gorgeous outdoor infinity pool with sweeping views of the Bangkok skyline. For anyone looking to stay active, the gym is solid w/ plenty of equipment, very clean, and fully stocked with a water station and fresh towels. The absolute best part of this hotel, though, is the location. You are within easy walking distance to spots like Terminal 21 and the Sukhumvit night markets. The train station is right there, so it takes zero effort to ride out to other areas of the city. Honestly, though, you’re in such a central, popular neighborhood that you don’t even have to go far if you don't feel like dealing with transit. One thing worth noting is the crazy contrast when you step outside. The hotel itself is this peaceful, high-end oasis, but the second you step out onto the street—especially toward the evening—the vibe turns into complete high-energy, vibrant chaos. It is literally night and day, and the neighborhood completely comes alive with Bangkok's famous nightlife right outside your door. It's incredibly fun and convenient, just be ready for that shift in energy! Across the board, the staff members were incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. It was a highly comfortable, luxurious stay. I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for premium comfort right in the heart of the action.

Made a huge mistake insisting I use the upgrade offered to me as a Globalist member to a Regency Suite #1406 as it meant a sleepless night with the bedroom not sound proof and continuous disturbance by the traffic from Sukumvit road . Amazed this Hyatt was built without considering the above . When we were checking in we were told by Joe the FOM that a corner deluxe room was all that was available and we now wish we had stayed there. He did his best to help hence the suite was offered. Very poor experience eventually with the room not having been serviced properly with basic tea bags missing , blinds giving trouble to open so all in all a forgettable stay. The club lounge is too small to cater to the number of users and while the F& B on offer is good between 6-7.30pm you are falling over people. After multiple other different level of Hyatt experiences in Dubai & India this has been the worst.
