Great Experience, Clean hotel, Exceptional 5 star experience. The check in was completed in minutes, I was given the opportunity to speak to staff about Bangkok.

Staying at this hotel is always a guarantee of excellence. The property offers every comfort imaginable, and the rooms are stunning: spacious, well-appointed, and stocked with every necessity. The Spectrum Lounge & Bar is a fantastic rooftop spot, and the Executive Club Lounge is equally impressive—everything there is simply impeccable. For these reasons, this hotel remains my primary point of reference every time I visit Bangkok. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend. Super lovely and helpful staff going above and beyond. Rooms were lovely, great shower and our bath tub had the most amazing view. Overall a really great experience. Would absolutely come back again. Also an amazing vegetarian restaurant/cafe Veganerie is just 4min walk around the corner!

I stayed at Hyatt Regency Sukhumvit as my first stop for my retirement travel. I booked my stay here based on its high review, but was initially surprised that the room and the hallways were more dated than I expected. Having said that, the service at the lounge more than mafe up for it. Since my husband is a Hyatt Globalist, I have experienced number of lounges around the World, including ones in Paris, Amsterdam, and all around the States. By far, I had the best service at the lounge than any I experienced in any Hyatt lounges around the World. I want to give extra shout out to Dew, an attendant at the Club Lounge, who was wonderful.
