Very clean and new hotel in the area. Members were very attentive and friendly. Highly recommended to everyone for business and leisure. The hotel made me feel safe and comfortable in every seconds I were there

This was my 3rd stay, and the staff actually recognized me. The reason why you stay here is for the location, but the staff actually recognizes me on the Skytrain and says hi. It's an odd reason to love a hotel, but as a solo traveler it's something that brightens up my day. Just being in a foreign city and a friendly face saying hi when they don't have to; it makes it almost impossible to stay elsewhere. But for people who actually want pro and cons.. The hotel doesn't have a spa, but even better they have a high end 3rd party spa called "Let's Relax" which is awesome and way more inexpensive than hotel spas. It's on the 3rd floor. The rooftop bar is awesome, Bangkok is known for their rooftop bars. You can knock it off your list, just by staying at this hotel. The hotel itself is attached to the BTS skytrain walkway which is just a game changer. You alway feel like you are just a moment away from any location. The rooms are huge and comfortable. They have a full gym to get a full body workout. I'm looking forward for my 4th stay in August 2026.

We had a wonderful afternoon tea here. Everything was delicious, but what truly made our experience special was the outstanding service from Parry and Bella. They were so lovely, attentive, and continuously offered us everything we needed with a big smile. They made us feel so warmly welcomed. Highly recommended!

The location is highly convenient, easily accessible via BTS, which makes the visit smooth and enjoyable right from the start. The welcoming atmosphere further enhances the overall experience. The highlight of the afternoon was undoubtedly the Crispy Tempeh Crown — perfectly crisp on the outside and tender within, offering a balanced and memorable flavor. Equally charming was the Golden Mango Blossom, beautifully presented in a stylish glass. The garnish, crafted from mango shaped like a delicate flower, added both elegance and creativity to the presentation. Overall, Mango Fever Afternoon delivered a truly enjoyable experience, combining thoughtful presentation, distinctive flavors, and attention to detail.
