Platinum - Birthday (เปลี่ยนเค้ก Chocolate มาเป็น Mango Mousse ) Welcome เหลือขนมอย่างเดียวไม่มีผลไม้ minibar ฟรี เฉาก๊วย 2 กระป๋อง ขนม1กล่อง Welcome Drink แลกที่ Iris Bar ส่วนตัว Cocktail อร่อยนแต่ชอบบรรยากาศแบบเดิมมากกว่าอันนี้อึดอัดไปหน่อยและสูบบุหรี่ได้ทั้งโซน เมนูอาหารทานเล่นก็ไม่ค่อยมี พนักงานบริการดี เพื่อนมาเซอร์ไพร์วันเกิด ฝากเค้กไปจัดจานมาให้อย่างดี แถมมา HBD ด้วย Red Oven ไลน์อาหารน้อยลงนิดหน่อย วันนี้มีขนมจีนแต่ไม่ปู แต่เนื้อปลาเน้นๆ และไลน์อาหารอินเดียพิเศษของช่วงนี้ ไอศกรีมก็มีรส Masala Tea ด้วย Pool ใช้คูปองลดอาหาร 40-50%ได้เลย สั่งอาหารที่ Red Oven ขึ้นมาทาน อาหารไทยยังอร่อยเหมือน ผัดไทกุ้ง กะเพราะกุ้ง ได้กุ้งโอเคเลย ตัวใหญ่ด้วย Deposit 2000 บาท เช็คเอาท์ ทำเรื่องยกเลิกให้เลย แถมคีย์คะแนนเร็วมาก รวมๆแล้วถือว่าดีขึ้นสำหรับฝั่ง Club Signature ทั้งตัวอาหารและพนักงาน แต่แซลมอนทำมาสุกไปหน่อยแข็ง ขนมปังด้วยแข็งเอาเรื่อง นอกนั้นคือที่ยังคงมาตรฐานดีเหมือนเดิม

We joined chocolate making class. What a good experience and fun class. Chef Da is lovely and told lots of information about chocolate. The taste of chocolate is so good.

As a regular returning guest for the past 15 years, I always look forward to staying here. This visit was good overall, but it didn’t quite live up to the exceptional experiences I’ve had in the past. The Club Level suite was absolutely stunning. It was spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with plenty of thoughtful features and luxury touches. The room itself was definitely the highlight of our stay. The service was good and the staff were friendly, but it didn’t reach the outstanding level of hospitality that Thailand is so well known for. There were a few moments where the attention to detail and proactive service were missing. Unfortunately, the booking process was bumpy once again. As a loyal guest who has been returning for 15 years, I had hoped for a smoother experience and a little more recognition of my long-standing loyalty. That extra personal touch that makes returning guests feel truly valued was missing this time. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay thanks to the beautiful accommodation, but I hope the management can improve the guest experience for loyal returning visitors. With a few refinements, this hotel could once again deliver the exceptional standard it is capable of.

We had a wonderful time at the chocolate-making workshop! The class was fun, well organized, and engaging for children. The instructor was patient, friendly, and explained every step clearly. It was a wonderful hands-on experience, and the chocolates turned out to be delicious. Highly recommended for families looking for a fun and creative activity!

I had high hopes for this hotel but it seriously fails on providing value for money or the level of service you expect from staff of a 5 star hotel. The check in process was incredibly slow and it felt like there was a lot of staff being busy without actually helping. Staff were fairly unresponsive and follow ups were usually required. The rooms were nice and well appointed although were lacking features you expect of a hotel like this. Was advertised with free soft drinks in the minibar but these were not soft drinks at all. While it may seem like relatively small grievances, these are things you expect of hotels which market themselves in this way.
