The atmosphere is very thai which I very like and the breakfast is amazing the location is also nice the hotel is right on the beach so it's very nice they also can let you have late check out

Our holiday to Thailand was cancelled with 6 days to go due to the original layover we had in the Middle East. I had to rebook the holiday there and then with no research on hotels that I would have normally have done as our original multi centre hotels were no longer available. This was the third and final hotel of our multi-centre holiday, and it was the perfect place to end our trip. The hotel itself was beautiful, and the location was simply stunning. On arrival, we were greeted with a welcome drink and a cold flannel, which was much appreciated after our long journey from Krabi. We were allocated two rooms in the main building, and both were incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and offered breathtaking sea views. Every member of staff we encountered was warm, welcoming and eager to help. The housekeeping team were always so friendly each morning, and the reception, bar and restaurant staff all provided excellent service throughout our stay. The highlight of the hotel was undoubtedly the infinity pool overlooking the beach. We never had any trouble finding sun loungers, and spending the evenings in the pool watching the sunset with a cocktail in hand was absolutely unforgettable. Due to a last-minute booking, we had an all-inclusive package. Although the evening buffet wasn't the largest we'd experienced, there was always something enjoyable to eat, and the food was fresh, tasty and well prepared. We ate here a couple of evenings and went into Khao Lak to eat the rest of the time. The ladies working in the live cooking area were especially lovely and went out of their way to cook dishes exactly how you wanted them. We also enjoyed plenty of cocktails during our stay, with the strawberry daiquiris becoming a firm favourite! The small coffee shop was another lovely addition, offering an afternoon snack hour with a selection of delicious sandwiches and cakes. The beachfront bar wasn't included as part of the all-inclusive package, but the hotel was happy for guests to take drinks from the main bar and enjoy them there, which created a lovely atmosphere. One evening they also put on a fantastic fire show, which was a real highlight. We paid for lunch here one day and had pizza and a meat platter and it was so tasty. Before arriving, our biggest concern was that the hotel seemed quite a distance from Khao Lak town. However, this quickly became one of our favourite parts of the holiday. Taxis were around 400 baht each way, and every journey back to the hotel turned into a mini party, with the drivers playing music while we sang along all the way home! It became something we looked forward to each evening, so don't let the location put you off. The hotel is also next to Memories Beach, which is an easy walk away. One evening we wandered over using the torch provided in the room—a thoughtful touch by the hotel—and enjoyed a drink there while taking in the atmosphere. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms were beautiful, the setting was peaceful and picturesque, the staff were wonderful, and it was the perfect place to relax at the end of our holiday. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Khao Lak.

Just spent the two most relaxed weeks at Apsara. The staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for us. We had a beautiful swim up room and honestly it was lovely, it was cleaned constantly by staff and going in low season we had the pool to ourselves most of the time. The main pool was also lovely and all amenities were so close it was great to get a drink, food etc. There were activities in the hotel but we were there to unwind and thats exactly what we did. We went all inclusive and it was well worth it. We ventured to the night market several times which was great to get small gifts for the family. The sea looked great and it was amazing to watch the surfers but it was too choppy for me. The food and drink at the hotel was delicious and if you wanted to change anything on the menu - they always obliged. Loved our stay and loved the hotel and all staff - perfect holiday.

Apsara Beachfront Resort & Villas, This was our first visit to Thialand and it exceeded every expectation. All The staff starting from reception, the restaurant, the bar and the housekeepers all go above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable,everyone greets you with genuine smile and kindness The food at every meal is outstanding with plenty of choice and the cocktails are great . The resort is stunning and very well kept . Having a beautiful beach and 2 swimming pools. Sit and Watch the sun set on an evening it’s the best we’ve ever seen. We flew overnight from the UK and arrived around 10am at the resort check in states 15:00 but reception took us for breakfast and straight after took us to our room . There is an onsite shop which has all essentials you could need. We were all inclusive and you have 2 alacarte restaurants visits included . The resort has a shuttle bus which you can book to go to Kho Lak or there are taxis . Visiting the night market is a must and visiting Kho Lak . We did many trips through TUI which were all exceptional and professional. We also visited an elephant sanctuary a couple of times which is a short walk on the beach behind memory’s bar you can also access by going through the villa section in apsara . The resort has a spa section but we opted to have several massages on the beach which were incredible. We used the smaller pool (elephant statues) which we found not as busy most times just us .The beach stretches for miles and a perfect walk with the sea being a lovely temperature. Highly recommended resort with outstanding staff .

Just come back from a stay here, lovely hotel, fab food and the staff cannot do enough for you. The young man taking your bags noticed that i had a couple bites and when and got me some bug spray. So kind.
