Best Western Premier Bangtao Beach Resort & Spa

Second time we've been to this hotel but this time with friends too; great hotel in a great location right on the beautiful beach & fantastic value for money. Best to book B&B only as there are lots of restaurants and bars nearby, especially on the beach; the food is great at the hotel but not many people eat there in the evenings due to the relatively higher cost. Rooms are very good, beds very comfortable & breakfast has good quality food with plenty of choice. Massages were great too at the hotel and well priced.

The Tai People lovely. I went to have a rest. Thats what I got. The room I was given when we arrived was on the 4th floor, to much for my knees, hadn't even seen the room. We were than given another room, not happy with the room, called reception and explained. I was told to sort it out the next day, which I did. The new room that we were given over looked the bar pool. It was lovely. The staff they work hard every day. My room was taken care of every day. The staff do a fantastic job in all that they do. Most days I had some form of seafood. I differently will be coming back.

Fantastic service - and a special thanks to Namkhing and Ban, who made our stay in BW an unforgettable place. Their service, their Way of always accomodating nerds and wishes was something that made our stay very special. Thank you also for giving our son Laurits a Wonderfull and unforgetable birthday. We booked this holiday for our 30th wedding anniversary and what a wonderful and relaxing hotel to stay in. Prior to our stay we contacted the hotel with several questions and every time we received prompt and helpful information. We arrived on our actual wedding anniversary and the bed had been beautifully decorated, along with an arrangement of red roses. We had requested an upgrade to a ground floor room as there was no lift. The room was in a perfect location in the family wing. Breakfast was served in the Beachside buffet restaurant and there was always an excellent choice and always fresh food. We chose to stay all-inclusive as we are aware wine is very expensive in Thailand and do enjoy a few glasses of rose!!! We are at the Seaside restaurant for lunch and dinner. The choice of food was exceptional and delicious. The portions were huge and all prepared freshly to order. The staff worked across both restaurants and were excellent, hardworking, helpful, kind and so happy. In fact every member of the team throughout the hotel were superb and made our stay so perfect. We cannot thank you all enough. One highlight had to be the celebrations of Songkran. What a fabulous time had by all. The room was cleaned to a very high standard each day and provided all we needed. Again wonderful staff. The location of the hotel on the beach was stunning but the only disappointment which was out of the hotels control was the sea water. It was probably the dirtiest I have ever seen. Such a shame and that would be the only reason we would not return. However we thank you all for a wonderful stay and memorable trip!!!

I absolutely love this hotel the food is lovely and all of the staff are so helpful and friendly. I would like to say a big thank you to Tes on reception who always goes above and beyond to make my stay here amazing and to kitty in the restaurant for being so lovely and always looking after me. I would highly recommend the best western and I will definitely be coming here for many years to come xx
