Best Western Premier Bangtao Beach Resort & Spa

Great location on a lovely beach with 2 pool’s & plenty sunbeds. The big issue here are the bedrooms. We booked a room with sea view, there was no seaview, while all these rooms face in the direction of the sea the seaview is blocked by trees. We booked a room with double & single bed, the double was 2 singles pushed together with a thin double mattress thrown over them. The room itself was too full of very old furniture and the bathroom outdated. It was a dark and miserable room. We couldn’t be moved that day but were moved the next day, this was very inconvenient, but we received an “upgrade” which was the exact same room in every way except it had terrace rather than balcony, not much difference to me but it had a double bed so more comfortable. There isn’t a lift in this hotel so perhaps why they charge more for terrace. Breakfast was average. Overall staff were nice but not very friendly. I wouldn’t choose this hotel again.

We stayed at the Best Western for 2 weeks from the 17th November as a family of 3. Lovely hotel in a fab location with the most amazing staff. Couldn't fault the hotel at all, very clean throughout with beautifully maintained grounds, food in the Seafood restaurant was perfect with so much choice. Beach is stunning with plenty to do. Overall our stay at this hotel was 10/10 and we can't wait to return. The area round the hotel has lots of Bars and Restaurant just a short walk, would recommend Bamboo, the food was great and the ladies there were some of the loveliest you'll meet. There is a small 7 eleven just across from the hotel, with a much larger one just a 5 min walk. Bangtao Beach has a lovely vibe to it and the people are definitely some of the best. We are already planning our return visit!

Had a fantastic holiday. Loved everything about this hotel. Staff were great and could not do enough for us. Rooms were spotless cleaned mostly at the same time each morning. Food was great no complaints about anything really. Have booked to go back for Christmas can't wait . Many thanks to all the lovely staff. See you all for Christmas. 🥰

Wow another perfect stay at the best western bangtao beach Phuket This was our 5 time with our friends Can not fault anything but would like a bit more varied entertainment in the evening. The beach restaurant is fantastic the food the staff we had our lunch and evening meals there every day and had our breakfast in the main buffet restaurant which was also good everything you could want and again lovely friendly staff We requested our room because we have always been very happy there which I emailed before we arrived and very happy they managed to grant us the request and comfortable pillows so thank you for that plus we had a wonderful surprise in the room with fizz fruit and flowers welcoming us back for our anniversary The room was very comfortable everything we needed don’t bother bringing shower gel shampoo or conditioner it comes in the bathroom plus extra essentials There is two lovely pools very clean in fact the whole hotel is spotless . Thank you to all the fantastic staff and as you know we are coming back for our 6th time next December Love this place

Really nice hotel located pretty much on the beach with easy access to it. Very helpful staff good food your choice and drinks.
