We stayed at this hotel at the same time last year, so we knew what to expect—and it didn’t disappoint. The views from our room are spectacular: lush, tropical, and overlooking what feels like a private beach. The hotel is immaculately clean, and it’s clear that most of the constructive feedback we gave last year has been taken on board.The food across all restaurants is good, especially considering we are fussy vegetarians on a TUI full-board package. The only area that doesn’t quite match the resort’s otherwise high standards is the main restaurant, where breakfast is served—it can be warm and occasionally has an unpleasant smell. That said, the food itself is good, and I enjoyed a delicious salad there. Thankfully, there are plenty of other dining options, so this wasn’t an issue for us.We rarely left the hotel as it was so relaxing there was little need to. Just outside, there are a few restaurants, bars, and massage spots—Paya is excellent for a shoulder massage (500 THB per hour).Once again, a highlight for us was the Bamboo Beach Bar, where Sandy and the team provide outstanding service, great food, and even better views. Six small cans of beer cost 770 THB and pair perfectly with the menu. If that feels pricey, the rooms have a fridge and there’s a 7‑Eleven just up the road.

We arrived early on our flight and had to sit by the pool for a few hours. Once we had our room a Cape Suite it was lovely large with a comfy bed, large balcony a good bathroom with a shower. The pool was lovely, clean and large. Comfortable loungers were by the pool. There was some reserving of loungers. A young German reserved 6 loungers with towels then wandered off for a couple of hours. There were plenty but annoying all the same. To get to the private beach a furnicular railway was available and convenient. Once on the beach there was a host of loungers and umbrellas. Again a towel hut was there. Plus a cafe style restaurant with American, European and Thai cuisine. Plus the excellent main Thai restaurant for evening dining. Food ranged from fair to good and excellent. 90% was in the upper two categories Staff were without exception excellent. Friendly and helpful with pretty fair English There was a cheap shuttle to Phuket town about 40 minutes away

This was our 8th stay at this amazing hotel. So they must have got something right. For the first time we stayed in a pool villa and it was so worth it. We had early morning and late night swims and it was so spacious. It was fun floating and watching the beach tram pass by. It was great to be living in the heart of the wonderful gardens and waking up with the wildlife. Our previous visit was post covid and it was a little sad then. Now the hotel and the resort are back to full strength and thriving. It is the hotel’s 40th anniversary next year and so we are definitely planning our next visit. All the staff are so attentive and helpful. It is so difficult to pick out anyone .However the wonderful Ukrainian receptionist is worth a special mention. She is bubbly, efficient and helpful, always there with a ready smile and looking very glamorous despite the time of day and the heat.

Had a five night stay after exhausting tour of Vietnam/Cambodia and Thailand. This is a beautiful hotel in serene and tranquil surroundings. Room overlooked the bay and was clean and spacious. Buffet breakfast was excellent and evening meals very good with a wide range of choice. Pool was fantastic and beds a plenty. Private beach is beautiful. Shuttle bus to nearby village is brilliant. Special mention to the Lighthouse Bar and their Happy Hours.....superb..... Good live music during dinner and also at Lighthouse Bar. Staff very helpful and attentive Hope to visit again.
