We have been many times and felt let down by the hotel on this occasion. It is a beautiful hotel, although getting tired in some places, in a beautiful location. The holiday was saved for us by the amazing staff on the ground. Khun Aon Aon and Sumpong, Lisa and Kip Banana at breakfast. Pim and Maggie on Reception. The beautiful singer Aice at top of the reef restaurant makes it a special place to be with wonderful service from Em. The fun pool boy Sem put a smile on our faces. As did the beach staff Rok and Jajah. The beach boys were also very welcoming and Wirat is a quiet star in this hotel. It is a shame we felt the hotel has changed as the staff are such a wonderful group of people and the location stunning. The lack of breakfast tea in the rooms seemed strange but we sourced some eventually. It is sad that returning guests are starting to go elsewhere.

We are here on our honeymoon. Let's start with checking in, Cassie made checking in a breeze! Friendly and knowledgeable. She walked us to our room and explained all the amenities. Our room was beautiful and large with a balcony. The grounds and beaches are beautiful. Everyone friendly and helpful. Now to the restaurants! Oh my goodness! All week the breakfasts were delicious and filling at Café Adandman. Dinner were delicious at the Panwa House. But Café Adandman! Amazing Everytime! And our hostess Liza! Friendly and knowledgeable on the menu, so helpful in helping me pick my plates (shellfish allergies). Thank you the all employees!

We stayed in the Junior suite second level room T 204 which was a very clean well presented good size room with nice bathroom all the finishes were of a high standard. The resort its self is gorgeous with a beautiful pool exquisite beach area and all the amenities you would want and expect, from a five star resort hotel. The beach area with bar and plenty of seats lounges sand and more to enjoy is fantastic. However the thing that my wife and I really loved and enjoyed the most was the absolute beautiful staff who took care and served us with such class and style it was amazing they were all so so incredibly unbelievably amazing, so kind so helpful so polite so respectful we miss their smiles and being with them, they became friends by the time we left it was a beautiful relaxing enjoyable stay, so some of those great people who were incredible we would like to mention by name are as follows, Mhai thank you so much for your great service and kindness you are a wonderful person keep up the good work,Lisa who was amazing and so helpful, Thai who was fantastic and very helpful always their to help, Aon who was lovely, Nuchi amazing , Kwan amazing, Tide amazing, kib amazing, Bew amazing, Fern amazing, Jeams amazing, Malin amazing, Feed amazing, New amazing, Aof amazing, Sompong amazing Mew amazing which all of you are you made our stay such a pleasure and for that we are so grateful thank you, and for anyone we may have missed thank you again. So final few words the food was fantastic the drinks soo good and the whole resort highly highly recommend also before I forget a big shout out to Jai as well top guy he takes care of you on the great resort boat who took us over to coral island for the day and gave us another fantastic journey thank you my friend. So we hope to be able to return in the near future again to enjoy a top resort hotel that we as you can read loved and highly recommend to anyone who heads to Phuket Thailand five star from us…Darryl & Pat

From the time we arrived,it was great the staff were so friendly that helped us, always with a smile. The food was sensational , such a large selection and we had a lot of professional service from Lisa who navigated us around our holiday. Our room had fantastic water views. Would we come back YES and that is because of Lisa and her friendly, very professional mannerisms,

What a find ! We’ve been to Thailand several times including three times to Phuket. The Cape Panwa Hotel is in a stunning location with beautiful views, amazing staff and lovely restaurants. The Operations Manager and every single member of staff are wonderful. Too many to name and don’t want to leave anyone out😍
