JW Marriott Khao Lak Resort & Spa

This is our 5th visit and everything was as we expected. The staff are, without exception, wonderful. In particular I want to specifically mention Tong, Boy, and Frank, who all did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. I am visiting with my family and everyone has gone above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. We had a couple of things that I brought to the attention of management and they were promptly resolved by Taki, who is the Assistant Front Office Manager. I can't recommend JW Marriott Khao Lak highly enough and will be back again in 2027.

It’s amazing time for recharging at this beautiful resort, a lot of activities on beach, sea and relaxing place. I have enjoyed very nice breakfast and drinks here 😍🥰

The hotel is above my expectations. We came first time in 2024 and we returned again in 2026, as a proof it is great quality holiday. And now in April 2026 I was surprised to see the expansion it functions like an agri turismo: has a garden which grows salad for breakfast for guests every morning. The kids can pick up the eggs from chickens that will be served at breakfast. We even planted a palm with my 5 year old. So many cool things: yoga in the nature, cycling around the garden, played tennis 🎾 every day. I need to mention Enzo chef from Olive restaurant so grateful for his attention to my celiac diet, helping and accommodating to feel delightful at every dinner in the restaurant. In Sakura restaurant had also friendly atmosphere created by Pony.

The hotel is very beautiful but The hotel is very far from everything so the prices inside the hotel very expensive for what you need or want . To take a taxi to center it cost 700-800 bat. Not meter. Not mach to do.. not.recommend. Sorry very disappointed

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks. We had a lovely time. The staff were super friendly, professional, couldn’t do enough for their guests. The restaurants are incredible, apart from the Maldives that was the best, consistently good food we have ever had. The Italian’s chef, Enzo would come out and see his guests. Ensuring everything was perfect for them. The Thai and Japanese also had very professional staff, it couldn’t have been better in anyway at all. Drift has great steaks, all done on a charcoal grill. Really was delicious. All restaurants have cosy low lighting. Intimate feel. The rooms are spacious and do look like the photos on the website. We all now how this is often not the case when you book a hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel. It really was paradise!!!!
