JW Marriott Khao Lak Resort & Spa

We attended a Wedding at the resort. The food was fabulous and the service impeccable. I had attended a Wedding there 3 years ago and had the same positive experience.

Amazing staff at kids stuff! We also loved all the different activities

I booked JW Marriott resort n spa in Khao lak for my dad's 80th bday in June but couldn't make it due to an emergency. Nevertheless I managed to go back for a wedding this October and the experience was so good!!! The rooms, the food, the facilities, the Beach, the hospitality, the staff went above and beyond my expectations. Everything was brilliant!! Thank you Mr Dj and Chef Mohan and the staff of JW Khao lak. You guys are amazing!! It was also my bday during this time and I got the yummiest cake and the cutest, most eco friendly decor on my bed. Their attention to detail is incomparable. Thank you all for a memorable trip and I look forward to coming back!

We had a wonderful family stay at JW Marriott Khao Lak Resort & Spa, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! Thank you Khun C, from front desk who warmly welcome us and assisted with our check-in, Khun Marina (I hope I remembered the name correctly) front desk trainee who escorted us to the room. Both made us feel welcome and helped make our family stay even more enjoyable. The pool access room was perfect, allowing us to step straight into the pool and my kids really enjoy the resort’s beautiful lagoon-style swimming facilities. Thank you for Khun Kung and Khun Aon from Housekeeping for perfect room, truly appreciated thoughtful arrangements, which made our stay even more enjoyable and memorable. We joined breakfast at Drift restaurant, it was very delicious, with a great variety of choices that made every meal enjoyable. Thank you for Khun Nook, Khun Jaa, Khun Poon for your excellent service. One of the highlights was kayaking, which was a fantastic activity to enjoy together as a family. Thank you Khun Nana, GRM, Khun Ann, ADLP and Khun Tom, LPO to arrange for us. We also loved the beautiful JW Garden, a peaceful and relaxing space surrounded by lush tropical greenery. What makes this resort special is the combination of beautiful surroundings, excellent facilities, delicious food, and activities for the whole family. It is an ideal destination for anyone looking to relax, reconnect, and create wonderful memories with their loved ones. Highly recommended for a family vacation! We look forward to returning to JW Marriott Khao Lak for another memorable stay.

A wonderful resort by the ocean The staff were friendly as always and provided excellent service from check-in to check-out. Having breakfast by the beach “Drift”was the perfect way to start the day. The restaurant staff Nook Pailin and Poon were very attentive from the moment we arrived. Even after breakfast, Poon kindly offered takeaway cups so we could enjoy our drinks later. Excellent service and thoughtful details made our stay truly special. Highly recommended. We love Khaolak
