JW Marriott Khao Lak Resort & Spa

My family and me really enjoyed our second stay at the JW in Khao Lak. Everything was great, except the check in waiting time as it was very busy. However this was then exceptionally handled by Mr Ahmad Rashdan Addlan from the Front Office. Honestly I never experienced such a forthcoming and supportive manager, as he took care of a few complicated bookings for me and my brother. Also when we needed to go to the hospital with my young son the hotel was supportive and very sweet.

Everything part of the stay is quite satisfying especially f&b and service quality: Met some couples and family have stayed with this property more than 10 times which is unbelievable in a non-time share one. Looking forward to see you soon .

This is our second time staying at this hotel, and it has been just as amazing as the first. It is the most perfect hotel in Khao Lak. The place is absolutely beautiful, the service is outstanding, and the restaurants are of the highest quality. Without a doubt, this is the best hotel we have stayed at in Thailand. We will definitely be coming back again!

Dhananjay is an amazing host! Always accommodating. We had a great family holiday there.

Attended a birthday celebration at this hotel and the whole experience was fantastic. The food was amazing and the breakfast was a real highlight. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout . A special thanks to Dhananjay, who was the biggest sport and went out of his way to help with our many requests. Nothing was too much trouble.
