JW Marriott Khao Lak Resort & Spa

This was our third stay at JW Marriott Khao Lak Resort & Spa, and once again it exceeded all our expectations. Every time we come back, we're reminded why this is our favorite resort. Everything is simply outstanding – the warm and genuine hospitality, the spotless rooms and public areas, the delicious food, the beautiful pools, the stunning beach, and the wide variety of activities for both adults and children. Every detail is taken care of, making it so easy to relax and enjoy every moment. A very special thank you to the amazing Kids Club team Goong and Kara. They were so kind, caring, energetic, and wonderful with our daughter. She looked forward to going to the Kids Club every single day, and that says everything. They truly made our vacation even more special. We would also like to thank Nusry, who welcomed us every morning at breakfast with a smile and exceptional service. His kindness, attention, and friendly attitude made every breakfast a great start to our day. This resort continues to set the standard for excellence. We always leave with wonderful memories and already can't wait to come back for our fourth visit. Thank you to the entire JW Marriott Khao Lak team for another unforgettable vacation!

We stayed for 3 nights and took the half board option. The food at the Italian and the Thai restaurant is amazing. The breakfast was simple but enough to choose from with good coffee. The room is spacious enough for a family of 4 and we had plenty to do there without leaving the resort. The beach at this resort is one of the best beaches we have been to with amazing sunsets. Kids club kept my kids entertained during the rainy days so all in all it was a good stay at this resort and would recommend it if you have kids.

The hotel provides excellent service and truly values guests' feedback with thoughtful, humanized arrangements. There are abundant recreational activities within the resort. Nana from the kids' playground is incredibly warm and welcoming. The restaurant manager by the beach always puts guests' experience as a priority. Overall, this resort is highly kid-friendly.

Our stay at the JW Marriott Khao Lak Resort & Spa was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived until the moment we reluctantly checked out, every single member of staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. I travelled with my two young children, and the level of service we received was simply outstanding. The team was incredibly attentive, patient, warm, and consistently went above and beyond. No request was ever too much trouble. Whether it was housekeeping requests, assistance from the concierge, a room upgrade, accommodating a late checkout, or even late-night service requests, every interaction was met with kindness, efficiency, and what felt like a genuine desire to make our stay perfect. The Kids’ Club deserves special recognition. Dao, Nana, Cream, and Ken were absolutely wonderful with my children. Their warmth, enthusiasm, and care made every visit a highlight of the day. Ake, our friendly buggy driver, was always ready with a smile and made getting around the expansive resort effortless. Lucas and the team at Sala provided impeccable service, while Poom at Olive made every meal a memorable experience. Mai, our housekeeping lady was phenomenal. Although I can’t remember everyone’s names, I can honestly say that every single person we encountered left a lasting impression. The food across all of the restaurants was exceptional. Every meal was beautifully prepared, delicious, and showcased the resort’s commitment to quality. What truly sets this resort apart, however, is its people. Luxury hotels can offer beautiful facilities, but it is rare to find a team that delivers such consistently heartfelt hospitality. They didn’t just meet our expectations. They anticipated our needs and made us feel as though ensuring our happiness was their greatest pleasure. My children and I genuinely did not want to leave. If work hadn’t been calling us home, we would happily have stayed much longer. This was a holiday we will cherish for years to come, and we are already looking forward to returning.
