The staff stand out for being consistently friendly, attentive, and helpful, with special mention of individuals like Lady Pada for their warm and welcoming nature. The spa experience is also highly praised, particularly the masseuse Lady Yin, who is recognized for her professionalism and the excellent quality of her treatments. The dining experience offers a wide variety of high-quality options, from the breakfast buffet to lunch and dinner. While menu options may vary depending on the package booked, the overall quality remains consistently high. A highlight of the resort is the Lamoon Spa, known for its calm and relaxing atmosphere and its wide range of treatments. Booking is simple and user-friendly, either through the hotel app or directly at the spa. Although the resort is family-friendly, it still provides plenty of opportunities for peace and relaxation, especially at the beach. The location is convenient, with Phuket Airport about an hour away, and a complimentary shuttle service makes it easy to explore the nearby area. Overall, the resort is highly recommended as an ideal place to relax, with excellent service and a standout spa experience, making guests eager to return. I will definitely come back!

An exclusive resort with great architecture and features relating to the tin mining Heritage of the area. We are here for 2 weeks half board. This resort is very private with a natural creek running alongside, full of awesome wildlife and tropical fish. The food is delicious and the half board menu has a great choice. Staff are very professional and extremely helpfull. We will be sad to go home.

We’ve had a fantastic stay at Kalima Resort and Villas Khao Lak and wanted to leave a review mainly to recognise just how good the staff are here. From the moment we arrived, everyone has been welcoming, friendly, and genuinely attentive. You can really feel that the team care about the guests and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable, which makes a huge difference. In particular, we’d like to give a special mention to Pada, Monica, and Wit. They have been absolutely brilliant throughout our stay – always smiling, attentive, and making an effort to look after us. It’s that personal touch that really stands out and makes the experience feel special rather than just another hotel stay. We’ve also really enjoyed the food during our time here. There’s a great variety and everything we’ve had has been fresh and well prepared. Meals have been something we’ve genuinely looked forward to each day. We will definitely be coming back in the future and would happily recommend this hotel to others, largely because of the staff. They are what truly make this place special. A big thank you to everyone, and especially to Pada, Monica, and Wit, for making our holiday that bit more memorable.

We stayed here for two weeks and had the most beautiful stay. It exceeded my expectations from the images. The staff are such a credit to the hotel, everybody was so friendly and welcoming. Special mention to Pada, Ball, Wit and Sathang within the restaurants - always so lovely. I’m not sure how anyone can complain about the service being cold! The hotel is beautiful, lovely settings and the rooms were comfortable. Everything was always clean and well maintained, you can see how hard the staff work to keep it this way. We did All Inclusive - the food was probably the best we’ve eaten at an all inclusive in terms of how fresh it was and the variety. It was very tasty. We ate at the sushi bar one night (we didn’t have the AI but it does have a separate smaller menu) - the sushi here was very fresh and tasty! The only small negative we found with the All Inclusive is that some things were not included i.e the minibar, smaller menu available and certain drinks/cocktails. It would also benefit from pool side service. The beach was nice, but quite small and we didn’t really spend any time there but it was lovely in the evening. There was always plenty of loungers by the pool and the gym was well equipped. Entertainment was good - the fire show was very good and the singers had lovely voices. Overall we had a really lovely stay and we didn’t want to leave - we would definitely love to return one day!
