A moment of pure human kindness — thank you Vivian! My son was unwell and could not eat anything from the restaurant menu. As a worried mother, I made an unusual request — I had brought plain rice from my hometown in India and requested if the kitchen could simply boil it with water for my child. Without any hesitation, Vivian said YES. She went out of her way to make sure my son had something warm to eat that night. In a foreign country, far from home, this small act of kindness meant the world to our entire family. This is not just about food — this is about a human being who saw a mother's worry and responded with pure compassion. Vivian, you will always have a special place in our hearts. 🙏 We are the Purandare family from India — and we will never forget what you did for little Avaneesh on his first trip abroad. We absolutely loved our stay at this resort and could not recommend it more highly! We stayed in the new family precinct with two adjoining access rooms for our family of 7 — 3 adults and 4 children aged from 8 to 15 — and it was perfect for us. The rooms were spacious, modern and incredibly comfortable. We know some people are hesitant about the location being a little further away from the hustle and bustle, but honestly that was one of the best parts. It gave us the chance to truly relax and enjoy the resort without the chaos of the busier areas. The food was exceptional across every restaurant we tried, and with up to 11 dining options there was so much variety. Every meal was fantastic. The pool areas were unbelievable — from the kids slides and wave pool through to the quieter adult pools, there was something for everyone. The beachside setting was absolutely stunning as well. This resort exceeded all of our expectations and we will absolutely be back again with even more of our family next time. Thank you for such an incredible stay!

Welcomed with beautiful smiles and service and for my 10 days holidaying here at Katathani every day the staff were so accommodating in every way possible. We were totally spoilt. The food was amazing and I ate way too much. So very fresh and many different cuisines to choose from. Very clean resort. The staff are always busy maintaining all areas at Katathani. If you are just relaxing by the pool or getting involved with many of the activities available, the atmosphere is very chilled. We met lots of lovely people from all over the world, with whom we socialised with. A fabulous place to enjoy a holiday.

I have seen many changes since my 1st visit in 1996. It continues to amaze me with the new additions. The new Vhari wing is a child’s dream. The service,amenities, rooms and restaurants are 5⭐️. I have just returned from an 8 day stay and looking at booking my next trip already. I can’t fault this resort and highly recommend this for your stay in Phuket.
