La Flora Khao Lak

I arrived to be told I was on the 3rd floor with no lifts, I had forgot to tell my agent that I had a hip problem but the girls on the desk couldn't do enough for me and got me on the second floor that I could manage. The hotel is clean and well maintained by the hotel staff, everyone is so helpful and friendly. The food whether all inclusive or bed and breakfast is fabulous. I had to book out for tomorrow and asked how it worked but was told I could keep my room until my book out time which is late afternoon. This is my first trip solo and I haven't felt worried or anything, I will definitely be back again. Thank you la flora for making my holiday magical. ❤️❤️

A STUNNING AND RELAXING PLACE EXPERIENCE! Five years ago, my family and I stayed at one of the group’s properties, La Vela, and it was truly a fantastic experience. This time, we chose to stay at La Flora through the Summer Calling Package, which was an incredible deal. The team was amazing across all departments, from concierge to reception and housekeeping. Everyone carried a warm smile and positive energy, always ready to assist. The room was spacious, clean, and refreshing. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety that sets you up for the day with energy and positivity. One area for improvement would be staff communication, particularly for non-Thai speakers. Please provide training on how to respond professionally when they do not understand a guest, rather than replying with phrases like “I am not Thai” in a strong tone, which may come across as unwelcoming. Our package also included Summer Sweet, which my children thoroughly enjoyed at Lan Solaya, the neighboring property. The team there was wonderful and consistently went above and beyond. However, I would suggest revisiting the drinks program, as some of the beverages were slightly below standard, which can impact the overall guest experience. The Free Flow Package (where the BF served) was a highlight and an outstanding way to end our second day. Beautiful drinks, a mesmerizing sunset, and great live music created a perfect atmosphere. Most importantly, Khun Pan was a true asset to your team. She ensured we had a memorable experience, going above and beyond, especially in helping take care of our children. Her dedication and professionalism in identifying guests' needs without being asked were remarkably exceptional and deserve special recognition. She truly made us stay for dinner rather than exploring elsewhere. Thank you, Khun Pan, and to the entire team! We look forward to seeing you again very soon. All the best!

The hotel is great visiting for second time.Just on the beach with nice swim up rooms. A lot of pools and it's very green everywhere. It's on a central location with a lot of restaurants and bars around, laundry, stores. Friendly stuff and great breakfasts. I will come again.
