One of the few hotels I would definitely return to. This resort is perfect for anyone who loves swimming, pool bars, water activities, or simply wants a truly relaxing getaway. I originally planned to spend most of my trip exploring the area, but after checking in, I ended up staying within the resort for almost the entire vacation. The pools are amazing, with plenty of areas to swim and relax. I spent hours in the water until I was completely exhausted. The beach is beautiful as well, and the atmosphere in the evening is especially enjoyable—having dinner while watching the sunset and ocean views was one of the highlights of the trip. This was also the first hotel where I decided to extend my stay because it exceeded my expectations and suited my travel style perfectly. As someone who loves swimming, I really appreciated the variety of activities available, including surfing, water sports, yoga, and boxing. Special thanks to Khun Chom and the Front Office team for upgrading my room on the final night (subject to availability). This was also the first hotel that reminded me of my mother. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of Thai dishes, and I know she would have loved the Khanom Jeen and noodle station. The overall design of both the resort and guestrooms is modern and thoughtfully planned. The facilities are easy to use, the plumbing works perfectly with no unpleasant odors, the air conditioning and hot water respond quickly, and the rooms are fully equipped with quality furnishings that feel sturdy and well-maintained. The buggy service is very convenient and especially friendly for senior guests. The hotel also has an excellent mobile app that keeps guests updated on daily activities and allows room service and amenities to be ordered directly through the app, making everything incredibly convenient. Service was excellent across all departments. Every staff member appeared hardworking, professional, and genuinely welcoming from the moment I arrived. What impressed me most was how consistent the team was—whether I asked about promotions, activities, or pricing, everyone seemed well-informed and able to provide the same accurate information. And a special mention to the bartender in the photo, who made some of the smoothest cocktails I've had in a long time. The resort is also very animal-friendly. During my stay, I noticed a few stray cats wandering around the property, along with birds, small reptiles, and lizards. None of them seemed afraid of people, which gave me the impression that the staff treat animals with kindness and care as well. Overall, this was a wonderful stay and one of the rare hotels that made me want to extend my trip rather than leave. I would happily return in the future.
Nice hotel with everything. Near a fun market which is open a few days a week. The only reason for not giving it five stars is that the hotel was too big for our taste. However I am sure it is perfect for other families. Be aware that the sea at the hotel is maybe not always for swimming during Monsun season (large waves and sometimes dangerous Portugise Man at War).
Booked as part of a tour, stayed here with my son for 4 nights at the start of our holiday. This is a lovely hotel, the staff are very friendly and helpful. We arrived fairly late and were quite hungry so headed straight to the restaurant before even seeing our room - even though the restaurant was due to close fairly soon, the staff were happy to help us choose something tasty which was a great start. Our room was overlooking a pool near the back of the hotel and also the main shopping street and was comfortable. It was just a minutes walk from the restaurant and main pool and is quite a nice stroll from our room to that area. We ate a few meals at the hotel and were pleased with them and also ate out locally as there are a lot of nearby options. This is a lovely base to explore this area but also just a great hotel to stay in even if you don't want to explore. Would be happy to return.
Everything was excellent , starting from the location , the service and quality of the hotel and staff was amazing . I will definitely return !!
We head home tomorrow after one of the most amazing holidays ever. Casa del la Flora is stunning and extremely peaceful. Special mention to Nam at reception, she really helped me out in a pickle. Our tours were the best, Tae was our guide for all of them. His attention to personal details and knowledge made everything perfect!!! I wish I could give him 10 stars!!!!!!
