Awesome! Loved the rooms and the food, big hotel with many things to do! Great workers and nice people, great service!

Really friendly staff. Check in was warm and friendly with snacks and drinks offered. Nice location close to lots of restaurants. We ate at the Sire restaurant twice in the evening and also every day for lunch and had some lovely meals I would recommend the chicken sandwich and the pizzas for lunch. Great range of food for breakfast with the opportunity to try different fruits that we don't get in the UK. The family room we had was spacious and clean although tired in a few areas such as big gaps under the doors to the balcony and a balcony door that was difficult to close. Beds were large and comfortable the children had a double bed each. Add it was two interconnecting rooms we had 2 bathrooms which were clean and spacious. Shower gel, shampoo etc was provided as well as tissues and dental packs. Staff brought the bags to our rooms and collected them at the end of our stay promptly. I would definitely recommend to other families.

The people, the room, the pools, the food, the locations, the beach! We had the best holiday ever!! We visited an elephant sanctuary, did ATV driving, visited Phi Phi islands, saw Thai boxing, bamboo rafting. I will miss the fruit smoothies and cocktails. La Flora resort is located near the night market and we had a great time there trying new food, there's some quirky bars too. A 7 eleven around every corner, lol! The staff at La Flora were so helpful, kind and just super friendly. I'd love to come again. Oh yes, the swim up pool bar was great-and there's a few.

I spent my honeymoon at this hotel with my wife. I highly recommend this hotel. The staff was very friendly and polite. The food was delicious. The room was clean, and the cleaning lady changed towels every day. And the pool overlooking the sea was beautiful. You can eat dinner at a table on the beach. After two days the bartenders read your mind and make your drink without asking. Perfect place
