La Solaya Khao Lak

We are four Danes who have spent a week at Hotel La Solaya in Khao Lak. From the moment we arrived, we received a fantastic welcome 😉. The hotel truly offers everything you could wish for for a great holiday – in fact, it is the best hotel we have visited in Thailand. The staff are incredibly friendly, always smiling, and very service-minded 👍. The food is excellent, and the surroundings are beautiful, well maintained, and clearly well cared for. By the beach there is a fantastic pool and plenty of comfortable sun loungers with good space between them, so there is no need to compete for spots. The hotel has a great and peaceful location, yet it is still close to town with many good restaurants. Through the hotel – and with the help of Ann, who kindly looked into everything for us – we booked a full-day trip to Khao Sok National Park. It was a wonderful experience with a lovely local lunch, and everything was perfectly arranged. We can highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return.

We had a really wonderful stay at La Solaya in Khao Lak! The rooms are absolutely excellent – modern, clean, and very comfortable. You immediately notice that everything has been freshly renovated, and the entire resort feels very new and well maintained. One particular highlight for us was the breakfast buffet – truly amazing! There is a huge selection and basically everything you could wish for. Whether you prefer savory or sweet, everyone will find something they like. The hotel’s own app is also very convenient: it provides all the important information about the resort, lets you check what’s on offer at any time, and you can even order things directly to your room. It makes the stay feel even more relaxed and modern. The location is also excellent: the hotel is very centrally located. As soon as you step outside, you’ll find everything you need – small stalls, fresh fruit, a 7-Eleven, and many other options. The Night Market is also not far away. The entire resort is beautiful, very well kept, and gives a high-quality impression overall. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime. Clear recommendation! 🌴☀️

A special mention goes to the German guest relations team, who take care of every request with warmth and professionalism. We would especially like to thank Jan, who is incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. He truly anticipates guests’ needs and supports with anything you might require, whether it’s recommendations, organizing activities, or handling special requests. Overall, this hotel offers a true luxury experience at the highest level. If you are looking for outstanding service, a beautiful resort, and an atmosphere where you can completely unwind, this is the perfect place. We would be delighted to come back.

Such amazing stay. The location is the best, on the walking distance to many bars, restaurants and night market. Friendly staff. The room is large ,clean and functional. Planning to return to this place on the way back home.

Lovely hotel on the beachfront either beautiful infinity pool. Food was excellent as was the service. We were particularly grateful to RInna who helped us when our flight was cancelled and we were able to stay in our original rooms for an extra night. Would rate this hotel very highly due to cleanliness, staff (including the guys on the beachfront looking after the sunbeds and towels). We will definitely return.
