La Solaya Khao Lak

We enjoyed our stay at La Solaya despite the hickup with the front office. The breakfast was good, only point to mention is that there is only one coffee station and no other option (machine) for coffee. The "baristas" (eg Biewty and Vrino (?)) though were great and all the other breakfast attendants were friendly and pleasant. The room was good and room attendants were very professional. They had a good games room (best Game collection I ever encountered in a resort) but unfortunately (a first for me) my wife couldn't get a game to play in the room. A bit weird as for some games the tables in the game room were way too small. A bit of a letdown was unfortunately the front office. I messaged ahead that we are arriving a bit earlier and would appreciate to move into a room as soon as possible as I knew all the hotels in Khao Lak have very low occupancy at the moment. But unfortunately they weren't prepared at all or maybe just ignored my request. But worse and even more disappointing was when I asked about checking out a bit later and was promptly denied with an unprofessional reply (standard reply) even though the hotel is three quarters empty! The hotel has not the slightest disadvantage but knowingly annoys the guests. Incomprehensible. My wife explained it again and all of a sudden it worked, but of course it still leaves an unnecessary sour taste. Front office staff should be better trained and instructed so those kind of mishaps (which are negative for the resort) don't happen.

Our stay at La Solaya Khao Lak was honestly one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we left with amazing memories. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5. ~ Location The location is perfect! It was peaceful, convenient, and near the beautiful beach 🏖️ in Khao Lak. It feels like a relaxing escape while still being close enough to restaurants, bars, convenient stores, market and a lot of nearby attractions. ~ Atmosphere The atmosphere is incredibly calm and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, we felt relaxed. The hotel has a great ambiance a perfect place to unwind. Even though It’s a new hotel, and still have something to renovate in the place. ~ Room Our Deluxe Room was spacious and very comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, the room was well-designed and it had everything we needed for our stay. Additionally, the app they made us download it very helpful! 👍 (We scan their given QR Code with our room number) All the information and services we need are already in one app. Very nice. ~ Cleanliness The hotel was spotless. Our room was impeccably clean, and facilities were all exceptionally well-maintained throughout our stay. We just had a little bit of problem with our drainage, but we are so glad that they resolved it so quickly, thank to the receptionist I talked with and to the other staff. ~ Service The service truly made our experience special. Every staff member was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. They were always ready to help with a smile, making us feel valued from check-in to check-out. We were able to remember one of the staffs name, from the reception area. “Juri”, she said she’s from the Philippines. She’s very kind! Lovely. 😊 ~ Amenities The amenities were fantastic. We especially loved the beautiful swimming pool and the overall facilities that made our stay feel luxurious and comfortable. I personally love this hotel. ❤️ and We highly recommend this hotel. We can’t wait to come back! When it is not rainy season. Maybe next year again. ☺️

I had a wonderful experience at La Solaya Khao Lak. The restaurant was beautiful, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the food was great. Special thanks to Tony from the restaurant team for his excellent service. He was very friendly, polite, and attentive throughout our visit. The hotel has great service and a lovely atmosphere. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at La Solaya Khao Lak. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and the service is excellent. Special thanks to Fon at the reception for her kindness and professionalism. She was very polite and helpful, and even when we had an issue with the agent, she handled it professionally and helped us solve the problem. We were truly impressed. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at La Solaya Khao Lak. The hotel was beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The room was clean and comfortable, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. I would especially like to thank Khun Fon at the reception. She provided excellent service during check-in, was very welcoming, and spoke so politely and pleasantly. She made a wonderful first impression. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended!
