A beautiful hotel set in lush forest grounds right on a beautiful and quiet stretch of beach with geckos, salamanders, chipmonks and squirels as neighbours. The rooms and staff were lovely, food and drinks were good, but there were cheaper and better options nearby. It's about a 10 to 15 minute walk in to town which we enjoyed, but taxis are readily available and all seemed friendly, helpful and affordable. The resort is a little hilly and there are many steps as it's set on the hillside, but if you need, you can ask for transport around the resort which they are happy to do.

I’ve just returned from a wonderful 14-day stay at this exceptional hotel, and my family and I had an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived until the very last minute, everything was perfect. We were warmly welcomed with refreshing cold drinks on arrival, which was a lovely touch. We had dinner at the hotel, and the food was outstanding. The hotel offers plenty of sunbeds, towels are readily available by the pools, and the cleanliness throughout the property is impeccable. The surrounding nature is breathtaking, full of wildlife and natural beauty…it truly feels like paradise. On our final day, our transfer was scheduled for 3:00 a.m., and the hotel thoughtfully prepared breakfast boxes for us to take along, which we greatly appreciated such a lovely gesture. Our son is only four months old, and every member of staff was incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive to him. This was without a doubt one of the best holidays of my life, and we will definitely be returning. A special mention goes to the Baimai Spa. I enjoyed several treatments there, and each one was exceptional. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. It truly deserves its five-star rating.

Had the best time here. The staff were 10/10. They were so helpful and always were so nice and welcoming. Especially, Kevin, Fon, Sky, Ram and Kae. Kevin is one of a kind. Brilliant person.
