Moracea by Khao Lak Resort

I really like this hotel it's right by the sea and the weather is great. And I really like kee and pang they're lovely and always smiling.

Just returned from 10 days at this amazingly friendly resort. Stayed in a swim up room on an all inclusive package. Room was clean and spacious with great aircon. Food and beverages choices all excellent. Staff amazing - we arrived to find a beautiful display on the bed and closely followed by cakes being delivered by Happy :) Kevin, Nat, Phop, Bee, Cindy, Aor, Jing, Opor and many more all made this the most fantastic trip. We stayed at Moracea for 32 nights this year! (the whole August!!!) The location is excellent - not so far and not so close to the Khaolak Center. You can walk to the center about 15~20 minutes, where you can find everything you need. The hotel is located on the clean beach and at the sametime on the hill close to the Lamlu National Park, which means it has really beautiful scenery at any place in the hotel site and well preserved nature. You can find a various kinds of birds, geckos, water monitor lizards, and even scorpions! The room is very spacious and beautiful with a huge bathroom. Food is yummy, 4 bars provide happy hours each, and their cocktail is great. 4 pools have their own merits and the water quality is well controlled. The spa price was reasonable. The only bad thing is a lot of steps due to the sloping ground. (Of course they have buggy cars ready) The staff are the best!!! All the reception staff are very kind and professional. Check-in, and chek-out was very quick, and every time I had any request, prompt responds I could get! Malila Restaurant staff are also very very nice! Every morning they welcomed us with the warmest smile and took good care of us. I really appreciate your kindness and hard working, Mark, Kae and Ice! My special thanks to the sports team -Kheam, Job, Kit and Cham. With your biggest hospitality you guys made us feel at home all the time during our whole stay!!! We enjoyed all your classes and will never forget your warm care for us. Thank you my dear friend Kheam, we already miss you here! Hope to see you all next year!

A wonderful hotel. Very welcoming, consistently excellent food, excellent standards of cleanliness and beautiful grounds. Location was ideal-a short walk to shops and restaurants.

A Truly Amazing Hotel What an amazing hotel! From the moment we arrived, every member of staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and looked after. The service was exceptional, and nothing was ever too much trouble. As I have recently had a knee replacement and still have some mobility issue we were incredibly grateful to receive a complimentary room upgrade. Our room was absolutely beautiful, spacious and had everything we could possibly need — from flip-flops and an umbrella to essential toiletries, luxurious bathrobes, pool towels and even a gorgeous wicker bag to carry everything around the resort. One of the things that really stood out was the fantastic buggy service. The golf buggies were available 24/7 and just a call away, which made getting around the hotel so easy and stress-free. The food was another highlight. We genuinely couldn’t fault it, especially the incredible selection of fresh produce at breakfast. There was so much choice, and everything was beautifully prepared. A huge thank you to all the wonderful staff for making our stay so special. We honestly couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough and would return in a heartbeat! ❤️🌴✨
