Moracea by Khao Lak Resort

Location was fantastic! Bear to all shops, bars and restaurants. Taxis always available if needed not too far from the busy Phuket for a change of atmosphere. But you can’t beat the chilled beach vibe of the Moracea. Rooms were beautifully in keeping with traditional Thai style but still modern and included all the facilities you could need. The staff who clean the rooms are helpful, delightful and keep them immaculate daily. Restaurant and bar staff are lovely! Couldn’t do more for you if they tried! Ram was a superstar and made our dining experiences that little bit extra special every mealtime. The general aura of the hotel is calm ,relaxing, and decadent. Was a trip of a lifetime and we will definitely be returning in the very near future.

Absolutely wonderful hotel all staff were friendly and professional. We got the 3 day spa package and well what can i say Absolutely fantastic and we'll worth the money. Honey was very professional and excellent at her job she made my experience one to remember. I always use spa on holiday but this one was exceptional 👌 really recommend wonderful on a rainy day 😒xx

We had a fantastic stay at Moracea. The hotel is beautifully maintained, the facilities are spotless, and the food was excellent throughout our stay. What really made the experience special was the staff. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and happy to help with anything we needed. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble, and they really went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. A special thank you to Ram and Skye in the restaurant. They were always so chatty, friendly, and genuinely interested in getting to know guests. Their warm personalities and excellent service made every meal a pleasure and gave the whole stay a much more personal touch. The housekeeping team also did a great job, keeping everything immaculate every day. Overall, Moracea offers a really personalised experience with wonderful staff who make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. We would definitely stay again

A great location, at the beginning of Khao Lak towards Phuket, perfect for walks along the beach towards the center. Lots of greenery, peace, and quiet. The rooms and cottages are located on a slope, so this may be a minor issue for those with limited mobility. The staff handled this very well, providing transportation. This was our second trip to Moracea. We fell in love with this place. The beach is large and there's plenty of space to walk.We stayed at the beginning of May for a very attractive price, as the rainy season was just beginning. The weather itself was suitable for about half the day, meaning beach or activities. Rain usually arrived in the afternoon or evening, sometimes at night. This didn't bother us, as we could take a break from the sun. We'll definitely be back.
