Moracea by Khao Lak Resort

We have just returned from Moracea in Thailand and it was truly brilliant and worth every penny. The location was great its emerged in the jungle and right on the beach, town is a few minutes walk. The hotel was maintained to a high standard, and rooms were spotless. What made it special for us were the staff. The bar and restaurant were superb, and it is clear they love their job and they go above and beyond. I want to give a shout out to Nat, Fern, Nam fon, Ni, Palm. Kevin and his friend Coconut really made our stay special. Thankyou everyone for a fabulous holiday.

Great place but don't expect a varied menu or very fast wi-fi. The staff are fantastic but the 2 restaurants both have the same menu so the food becomes boring after a few days :-(

Brilliant service by Stefan, Toon, Yng ,Arm and Max. They are fun, professional and so helpful. They all never fail to provide warmth with a smile. Well done Moracea

Moracea is set on the hillside directly down to the sea. It’s a hilly site but you can call the golf carts if you prefer so don’t be put off from this beautiful hotel. It’s not often you can breakfast gazing over the Andaman sea. It’s located on the edge of Khao Lak which is walkable to the outer shops and restaurants or a tuk tuk ride to the main centre and night market

Everything I hoped this resort would be it delivered. Very chilled vibe. The staff were fantastic. The views from your sun bed were the best. Room was very comfortable with air conditioning which is essential.
