Novotel Phuket Kamala Beach

The stay was wonderful. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and located right in front of the beach, with breathtaking views and a very relaxing atmosphere. The staff was very kind to us at all times. Especially Sunshine, the pool bartender, who treated us excellently. He was extremely friendly, attentive, and very respectful. You can tell he is truly committed to providing high-quality service to the guests and making the experience even more special. Without a doubt, it was a fantastic experience. We will be back in two years! 🌴✨

What a wonderful stay at Novotel Kamala Beach in Phuket. This was our 10th trip to Thailand and 8th to Phuket. This rates highly. The hotel occupies an amazing sunset position at the north end of Kamala Beach. The room A106 was an Ocean King Suite and absolutely gorgeous. The only thing I would say its lacking is a spot of colour. The only other negative I would say is the colour of tiles they have done the pool in is not the best but everything else about this hotel was super especially its staff. There are a lot to mention but from reception Jane and Pop were an absolute delight. From the restaurant Charlie, Oil and Patty were absolutely lovely and of course Mr Tops who was superb in looking after us with nothing too much trouble. Also the wonderfully smiley Koy who was our room cleaner and such a warm bright smiley loving character. All the afore mentioned are an absolute credit to the hotel. We will definitely come back to stay on our next trip to Phuket/

Had a wonderful stay at Novotel. Location 10/10 The hotel is located in the most tranquil part of the beach, proving the perfect resort feel! Staff were incredible!! Tao has been fantastic! He adds such a beautiful & positive touch to the breakfast service! Thank you very much 🙏🏼

Super hotel. Excellent reception staff. Restaurant manager Top and his team were fantastic. We particularly enjoyed the buffet breakfast. The pool area leads to the beach. We used the well equipped gym every morning. We will come here again.

Very comfortable stay with Novotel with the breach front view every morning and friendly staff .Shuyya he is very friendly and attentive towards us A big thanks to him and i would recommend everyone to visit this hotel
