Phuket Marriott Resort & Spa Merlin Beach

Our family had an extraordinary dining experience at this wonderful La Cala Italian restaurant. After a long and stressful day, the team here went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, comfortable, and cared for. ​A special thanks to the restaurant manager Tanny Golf for ensuring everything was handled seamlessly, and to our two fantastic waitresses, Tee and Kate, who were exceptionally attentive, kind, and warm throughout the entire evening. Their big smiles and genuine hospitality made a huge difference to us. ​On top of the outstanding service, the food was absolutely delicious! It was truly a memorable, relaxing evening for our whole family. ​Highly recommended to anyone looking for great Italian food and world-class service!

We visited the Merchant Kitchen Restaurant at the Phuket Marriitt Resort on 4 occasions and Giftzy was our waitress. She was very friendly, attentive to detail, and surprised us in a very nice way with a small anniversary treat. It's the small details that staff pick up on, that matter. Made our night.

Another fantastic 2 weeks at Merlin beach - all the staff are amazing - beach grill / pool bar / lobby bar and rum shack - you were all fabulous

very nice experience in Merlin Marriot hotel and restaurant. Giffzy from Merchant Kitchen provided very good service during my lunch time. Our family really enjoyed the 3 days stay.
