Our 5th trip to the Phuket Merlin and it only get better every time! All inclusive deal is amazing and great value for money! The staff are second to none and couldn’t do more for you! Food is 5 star and the drinks fab! This trip we celebrated my father’s 70th birthday and they went above and beyond setting up a special table for dinner and cake! Special thanks to Patty, Monika, Kate, Blue-da, Patrick & Baow! Thankyou all for making it so special! The kids club is amazing and so beautiful with the children - the foam party and all the added extras make the trip just so special! Location is great as are the room - 5 Stars all round! We will see you again next year! Thankyou all so much!

Amazing hotel great food, staff are. Wry helpful and nice they couldn’t do enough for you! Espically Tuk and Patty and filmmy in the merchant kitchen! Best holiday

We travelled here with a large group of friends and had a wonderful time. Resort is well set out and all amenities are in good condition. The highlight of our trip was chatting to Ping Ping at breakfast each day. Ping Ping and all the staff were super friendly.

During my 3 days stay, there are amazing services across front desk, restaurants, spa, swimming pool, and room cleaning. Staff is always very warm and helpful, with smiles on their faces. Thanks Giftzy, Pear, and Patty :)
