Had a wonderful experience at the Merlin. This is our second time visiting and it just gets better and better. A highlight of our trip was the food and team at Kanpai. Maprang & Toto were amazing! 10/10 would recommend and we will be back!

Our stay at Phuket Marriott Resort & Spa, Merlin Beach was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel incredibly welcome and well cared for. The resort itself is beautiful, with lush tropical surroundings, fantastic facilities, and a peaceful atmosphere that makes it easy to completely relax and enjoy every moment. One of the most memorable highlights of our stay was the anniversary beach dinner that the team arranged for us. The setup was absolutely stunning — a beautifully arranged private table right on the beach with the sound of the waves in the background and a perfect sunset view. It was thoughtfully done and created such a special and romantic atmosphere. The food was excellent, the service by Smile was impeccable, and it turned our anniversary into an unforgettable experience that we will always remember. The dining options across the resort were fantastic. We particularly loved the on-site Italian and Thai restaurants, both of which served excellent food in beautiful settings. The main kitchen also offered a great variety of dishes and consistently delicious meals. And of course, we cannot forget our favorite daily stop — The Sweet Spot! The ice cream and bubble waffles there became a daily tradition for us, and it was something we looked forward to every single day. Throughout our stay, the service across the resort was consistently outstanding. We were looked after so well by the wonderful staff, who were always warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to make our stay special. A special thank you to Tuk, Ammy, Patty, and Smile — each of them went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. Their friendliness and hospitality truly made a difference to our experience. I am sure I am missing many other names, but every single person we interacted with made us feel welcome and cared for. We would also like to thank the housekeeping team who kept our room spotless and comfortable every single day. Their attention to detail and consistency made it so nice to return to a perfectly cleaned and refreshed room after a long day by the pool or at the beach. Our son Yug still talks about his time at the resort and happily tells everyone about “Ammy aunty” and “Tuk aunty” whenever we mention our trip. That really says it all about how warm and kind the team was with our family. The pools, beach access, and overall atmosphere of the resort strike the perfect balance between luxury and relaxation, making it an ideal place for families as well as couples celebrating special occasions. We left with such wonderful memories and are already making plans to come back next year. Phuket Marriott Merlin Beach has set a very high bar for hospitality, and we truly cannot wait to return.
