I had a wonderful, relaxing aromatherapy massage here with white lotus oil — I almost fell asleep 😊. The massage was done by Khun Patty and was perfect. The treatment rooms are beautifully designed and offer a stunning view of the sea and the beach. Highly recommended!

Excellent leadership by their Hotel Manager, Albert - very professional and passionate in all aspects of hospitality. Perfect beach resort vacation experience! Very thankful for the Amazing service with the great leadership of the hotel manager, Mr Albert Jan Van Beusekom, who is very active and always around to ensure all his guests are comfortable (One of the best, if the the best in the whole Accor group hotels). His team like Orn, Nana, Bank, Pear n Pinky are very attentive and caring too. We love our room that's facing the ocean (Thanks to Albert again for the arrangement), the food at the Echo is very good - love it! This hotel provides everything you need for a lovely and perfect beach resort vacation in Phuket!
