We had two wonderful massage experiences during our stay, both equally enjoyable! Our first 90-minute treatment with Kelly was gentle, soothing, and deeply relaxing. She took great care of us, and my mom, who had been experiencing back pain, felt much better afterward. Our second massage with Patty was equally excellent, with a fantastic deep tissue treatment that left us feeling completely relaxed. My mom was absolutely blissful afterward! A special thank you to both Kelly and Patty for their professionalism, kindness, and excellent care, and to Zara, the spa supervisor, for her warm hospitality and attention to detail. Two lovely experiences that left us feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Highly recommended!

We just celebrated our sunset wedding at the Pullman Naithon in October 2026, and I can’t rate Pui and her team highly enough. If you’re looking for an incredible planner, venue and location, choose here. Thank you doesn’t feel like enough. Our wedding wouldn’t have been what it was without Pui and the Pullman team. We love you all, and wish you nothing but success. We weren’t the most organised couple, but we knew we wanted something intimate and casual. Pui understood that straight away and made our day feel exactly that. She and her team are organised, warm and endlessly on top of everything, and they looked after us and our 45 friends and family from the moment we landed until we left (and then some). She even had printing sorted for our welcome dinner and our wedding already to go before we thought to ask. A moment I’ll never forget, the day after the wedding, I broke and lost my wedding band . Pui and her team went above and beyond to track it down, and when it was found, she was just as excited as we were. That’s the kind of care you get with her. We wanted to highlight: Planning and ceremony: There are so many options for where to host your ceremony, and Pui made sure we had weather backups so we never had to worry. Our sunset ceremony was magical. And the decor and seating was perfect. Wedding rehearsal: Pui runs a brilliant rehearsal, so everyone knew exactly what to expect. The entrance and exit aisle songs were impeccably timed, she absolutely gets this to a T. Pre-ceremony: She tirelessly looked after our guests, and everyone commented on how on it, efficient and friendly she was. Flowers and décor: The flowers felt completely bespoke to us, and the décor and table settings were stunning. Welcome dinner at Echo: Every guest raved about the food, and the service was immaculate. We’re so glad we opted to do this and felt like everyone got to experience all of the great food. Wedding buffet: The food was incredible, and no one ever had an empty drink. The team all had a thorough run through of the evening and everything was perfectly timed and on a queue with speeches. Someone was always discretely checking in on us and just felt so looked after. The band: Please choose the band. They are so, so good and set the most amazing atmosphere. DJ: so fun and warm, friendly and did a great job and set a great vibe. Highly recommend. Photographer: He knew we didn’t want to spend ages doing formal pictures so got our family photos done quickly, straight to task with some posed pictures then spent the evening capturing fun, candid moments. We had our photos back just a few days later!! Accommodation: This was our second time staying here, and the food, rooms, views and amenities are impeccable as always. This is our favourite resort to stay at and everywhere is a view. My advice to any couple choosing a venue and planner, pick here and trust Pui’s suggestions. She knows exactly what will work for you. I’d choose her to run any event, no matter the location. Please look after them, because they’re so hard-working and kind. We will be forever grateful and so glad we chose here for our special day.

A peaceful hillside resort with breathtaking ocean views. It is perfect for a quiet, relaxing stay without needing to leave the property. Valet parking is very smooth and convenient. ​Pros: ​Outstanding Service: Staff and managers are exceptionally attentive. Requests are handled instantly, and we were spoiled with complimentary treats and drinks as Platinum members! ​Great Breakfast & Facilities: Breakfast has a wide variety, great flow, and no wait times. The main pool is spacious, uncrowded, and offers stunning sunset views. ​Comfortable Rooms: Well-equipped with comfortable beds and relaxing balcony views. ​Location Convenience: Easy walk down to Naithon Beach for local restaurants, massage shops, and mini-marts. ​Areas to Improve: ​Check-in Communication: We had to wait nearly 2 hours for our room. Staff kept giving the same template response instead of giving an accurate waiting time so we could plan accordingly. ​Room Flaws: Non-functioning rain shower and a slightly noisy air conditioner (might bother light sleepers). ​Smoking Zones: Located along main walkways or upwind, causing smoke to drift into pool and dining areas. ​Overall: A deeply impressive resort for a relaxing getaway with world-class hospitality. If they improve check-in communication and smoking area placement, it would be flawless!

This is the last day of my stay and I booked a massage and it was the best decision I’ve made in this trip! Thanks you so much to Dao, Ray for the great welcome and hospitality and huge thanks to Tanya who gave me the best massage. They really made my experience 10x better.
