Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach

Traditional Thai massage with Kelly. She worked on my very tight muscles and I came out feeling very relaxed. Highly recommended.

Location wise is remote fr the busy area like Patong, if u easily got motion sickness, then u may have issue to get over there. Other than that the view of this Pullman is spectacular. Speaking of the reception service, I would say it’s not up to standard of its kind. At least they didn’t tell enough the hospitality tips of staying there and not even let us know how to get the WiFi. I think it’s basic, I need to call the hotline to find out. The hotline itself is helpful. I did make quite some calls for figuring out things. The breakfast is awesome, the food is great so as the dinning place Vero. The hardware facilities here are fantastic, seamless ocean view pool, the bed is comfy. But some minor things like the hair dryer is terrible, basically the switch is broken even I called hotline they just give me another broken switch one. Very low speed of the hot air, take long while to blow the hair. I thought it only happens in a low graded hotel… I would say I like the hotel itself, most of the staff are very friendly but it won’t able to give me a complete pleasure experience. a bit disappointed

We, a family of seven with a 3-year-old and 6-month-old, had a brilliant 7 days at the Pullman Arcadia. What made it so special were the staff. At breakfast they were so cheerful and welcoming, at the pool they could not do enough to help us and at the spa Kellys massage was fantastic. The buggy system works very well and would take you on the hour into Naithon Beach. Walking in the heat of the day was not an option and the little buggies and cars were always there to take you back to your room. We were disappointed to see that some guests could be quite rude to the staff -completely unnecessarily. And did I mention the breakfast? Absolutely amazing - again it was the staff that made it perfect!

Service exceptional! From the greeting at the airport on arrival, to departure, everything was exceptional. The hotel design is beautiful and certainly has a wow factor. All members of staff were friendly, professional and really helpful. Breakfast was fabulous with a large selection and good quality food. The whole resort is spotlessly clean and beautiful. The jungle setting gave rooms a good degree of privacy and whole resort has a lovely chilled relaxing vibe. Never a problem getting a sun bed. Definitely will return next time in Phuket. A fabulous stay.

Calme, situé juste en bord de mer, avec une vue superbe...le site est magnifique. We travel a lot and always stay in the finest hotels. But we have to say, this hotel is truly exceptional. Quiet, located right on the seafront, with a stunning view... the location is magnificent. The staff is remarkably kind, and we particularly appreciated the professionalism and dedication of August, the reception manager, who was incredibly helpful with everything, especially our reservations. We were so delighted with our stay that we decided to extend it by six weeks because this hotel is unique and offers excellent value for money.
