Beyond amazing!! 🌊✨ Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach is the real deal! A true million-dollar view. Here is my 100% honest review: everything is absolutely flawless—100/10! The lobby view is everything! The legendary sunken lounge photo spot gives major luxury vibes. The atmosphere is so peaceful, it literally screams "ultimate escape" from the chaotic world. The bed is an absolute soul-snatcher! The room is spacious, clean, and so comfortable that you’ll never want to leave. The bed is so soft that sleeping in it feels like a deep trance! The Infinity Pool offers a breathtaking, panoramic view of the ocean. Watching the sunset from here is so romantic it hurts. 🌅 The breakfast spread is grand and spectacular! There are so many options, and everything tastes incredible. Plus, the staff are super lovely, offering VIP-level service that genuinely warms your heart. If you’re planning a trip to Phuket and looking for a luxurious, peaceful getaway that’s gorgeous from every angle (get ready to fill up your camera roll!), I highly recommend Pullman Naithon! You are seriously missing out if you don't come! 🤍

Let me say first of all, that if you're into going out, shopping, and night life, this is not the place for you. However, if you're looking for a relaxing place to chill and unwind (without doing anything much) then, by all means, book this resort. Don't give it a second thought. We originally chose a room with the hill view. A few days before we were due to arrive, the resort offered us a special upgrade price for an ocean view room, and we jumped at it. We were not disappointed at all! We arranged with the hotel to pick us up at the airport. That went very smoothly. The Toyota Camry was very comfortable, and the driver was very good. A hotel representative was present, and she rode with us to the hotel. It took about 15 minutes. One thing to bear in mind is that the hotel is quite firm about check-in time (3 pm) Since we arrived early, we decided to do the check-in and then head to the Echo restaurant for some lunch. After that, we just relaxed in the spacious lobby and enjoyed the open-air ambience. We were taken to our ocean view room around 3. It was on the ground floor, located quite close to the lobby and Echo. There are no lifts, so you'll have to use the stairs if you're assigned a room on the upper levels. The concierge will help you with your luggage. The room layout is spacious, with a generous bathroom area and open balcony with a great view of the sea. I appreciate that there are many power sockets available, and they accommodate plugs from different countries (we had no problem fitting our UK-styled plugs) The bathroom has very good shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. However, housekeeping forgot to fill them up before we checked in. No problem, a quick call to the reception and that was taken care of. Occasionally, there were some strange gurgling noises after using the shower, but it wasn't a big issue for us. There is a modern 40" Samsung smart TV in the room. We didn't have any problem mirroring movies from our tablets to it. The king-sized bed is a haven. Plush pillows and gorgeous bed linen. It makes it super easy to get a good night's sleep (we slept blissfully for the whole stay) No complaints about the closets and everything you'd wish for is there. The breakfast at Echo is 10/10. Friendly and attentive staff, and the food is superb. I especially liked the omelets, and the fruits are excellent every day. We did have some lunch and dinner too, and the prices are not too exorbitant. On our last night, we dined at Vero (the Italian restaurant) which was pricier, but the food was awesome. Try the steaks. There are two swimming pools. The main one is for kids and adults. This pool is not for swimming laps. There is an adult pool located on the hill section (just a short buggy ride) and that suited my needs to swim laps. Besides, the pool staff are friendly, and the Mexican bar nearby serves some great food. We had some yummy sliders and watermelon juice (totally fresh) What touches us the most is that the Thai people are so friendly and welcoming. Most of them speak English well. Moreover, they were very happy when I greeted them in Thai (yes, do learn a few common Thai phrases!) We were a bit sad to leave this lovely place, but we definitely will come back in the future!

We just returned from our 7th visit to our favourite holiday home. I believe we started visiting since 2014 and have tried to go back as regularly as possible. I remember when the Covid lockdown happened, this was the place that I would imagine going to the moment travel was possible again (and we did!) The hotel has the most breathtaking views due to it being located on higher ground, and some of the rooms are close enough to the ocean that you get an amazing view combined with the sound of the ocean. The food is fantastic as always, with breakfast being the highlight along with Vero and Echo. (Vero is a must try!) We had room service a couple of times too which was really nice! One of the great things is also Naithon beach, which you can explore if you want a change of scenery without travelling out to town! There is also a new convenience store just outside which is nice! (Although we miss visiting the old couples shop right outside) However the service is what always brings us back, Brett, Albert, Pong, Pinky and team are amazing… everyone from housekeeping, the airport transfer driver, reception, the restaurants and of course the kids club! We also celebrated our son’s 8th birthday while we were there and the team really made him feel special, he was thrilled and totally enjoyed the birthday trip. Thank you once again Brett and team, and we will see you all again very soon!

A really nice hotel with excellent friendly and helpful staff. A couple of points stopped a five star review:- 1) we’d recommend upgrading from deluxe to grand deluxe room, we’ve stayed in both and deluxe has surprisingly limited clothes storage/hanging area which was quite irritating. In addition one set of drawers was difficult to access being set back under the TV unit. We had arrived from a four star hotel with much better organised layout. We’re going back next year and have upgraded, worth paying the extra if you can, 2) The Mexican bar by the pool is very pleasant and the food good. However the music is loud and every table has a speaker nearby. Staff were apologetic they couldn’t not adjust the volume which was centrally controlled. Seemed significant to us that hardly anyone ate there. Most ordered food to the pool area, which is what we ended up doing.
