Very friendly, kind and helpful staff, always makes us feel welcomed and comfortable. The buggy service was convenient to get to the room from lobby and around the hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable bed. This property is near the airport.

Have stayed at this hotel on 17 occasions and the service and attention of the staff is amazing. The breakfast and dinner at Echo is amazing. Spending time at the C Bar in particular happy hour and live music complements the time spending there. Special mention to the staff in C Bar Coss & Rod & Cake & Lek

This is a beautiful location. The breakfast is absolutely the best I have had anywhere! But the best ever experience was at Dhatri Spa. It’s one of the best massages I have had! The therapist really paid a lot of attention to what was going on with me.

We were greeted beautifully by Brett the GM who made us feel so welcome, as did the entire team . This hotel sure has the wow factor ! 2 fabulous pools , great bars and restaurants and our room was made even more appealing with flysceeen doors and a ceiling fan to get a bit of fresh air rather than air con 24/7 . Very easy beach access. A special thanks to Beam the Porter , Agus the beautiful chef and Nuang . The girls in the Mexican restaurant look fantastic in their uniforms and give the place some life with their infectious personalities ! Each departments uniforms are so unique and a cut above any Hotel we have stayed in Very close to the airport . This place is a must do when visiting Phuket to give yourself a big dose of luxury . Thanks Brett and team you are Phuket’s best kept secret !!
