An absolutely wonderful stay that exceeded every expectation. We came simply for a relaxing getaway, but everything from arrival to departure was beautifully handled. The service was impressive from the very first moment, with the buggy team assisting us before we even had to ask. Check-in with Khun Bow was smooth, warm, and professional, and she handled our midnight birthday cake arrangement perfectly. Khun Yee was also very kind and helpful when escorting us to the room, taking the time to explain the resort facilities and room details with such a genuine smile. The room was exceptionally clean and very well maintained. A special thank you to Khun Som-O from Housekeeping for taking such great care of every detail. Dinner at Vero was excellent. Khun Pam provided professional recommendations, Khun Tu was very attentive, and every dish prepared by Chef Krading was beautifully presented and delicious. The midnight tiramisu cake was delivered exactly on time by the In-Room Dining team, fully prepared with plates and cutlery, which made the birthday surprise even more special. Breakfast was another highlight, especially the sourdough, dim sum, and fresh juice bar. Check-out was also seamless, with the buggy and luggage assistance arriving almost immediately. Everything was well managed, warm, and genuinely impressive. We will definitely return and have already recommended this resort to our friends.

First of all, we weren't planning a relaxing getaway. We just wanted to celebrate our daughter's belated birthday. However, Pullman Naithon Arcadia made our stay much more enjoyable and relaxing than we expected. A very special thanks to K'Bow for her warm welcome and exceptional hospitality. She was so kind and caring, and she made us feel comfortable from the moment we met her. Even during check out, she was still so friendly and made us feel genuinely welcomed. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with the best variety of choices I've ever seen at a hotel. Everything was delicious, and the staff were so friendly and attentive. The hotel is beautiful and has all amenities you need. The front desk is friendly, the food is delicious, and the room is spacious and spotless. We enjoyed walking and exploring the views and lush greenery of the gardens. The Echo restaurant is clean and beautifully presented. Breakfast is the best. The service was impressive. I will definitely return.

I have been back as many as 6 times in less than 3 years. Not only are the rooms extremely comfortable and large, but the staff are also awesome and work as a team. They are sincerely friendly and attentive to details. When I was having breakfast one morning, one of the senior staff (Khun Orn), who looks after the restaurant (Echo), asked if all's good and happy with my room. I responded it was but a minor issue with the balcony door, which does not lock. When I got back, maintenance was already working on it and fixed it promptly. Housekeeping is also fantastic. They noticed and cleaned off the hand/fingerprints on the balcony glass door panel (from fitting the lock), which I noticed. In addition, as there was no tissue paper by the bedside and I left a few sheets for my morning sinus, they left a box next to the bed (without me requesting). The resort has an adult only pool area with a Mexica theme restaurant that serves great frozen Margarita. The resort has one of the most spectacular sunset; and one should make an effect to see it with a delicious cocktail, especially during Happy Hour (4pm to 6pm ~ one for one).
