We had a wonderful stay at Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach. A special thank you to Ms. Runway and Mr. Mario for their exceptional care and hospitality. They truly made our stay memorable and went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and exceptionally well maintained. Every member of the staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The level of service we received was outstanding and truly reflected a five-star hospitality experience. We absolutely fell in love with this property and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and special vacation in Phuket. Thank you once again for such a memorable stay. We look forward to returning in the future.

The best staff and food. The managers go out of their way to talk to you and take time. Tour desk advise on the best trips and the accommodation and scenery is breathtaking. I went for 2 weeks ended staying 4. If you are planning a trip to Thailand pullman is a must.

I had a great stay at Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach and felt welcomed from the moment I arrived. K. Demi and K. Pinky at the lobby provided helpful information and a warm welcome. They were friendly, professional, and made the check-in process smooth and comfortable. The rest of the team was also attentive and willing to assist whenever needed. Service at Azur Bar was excellent, with good recommendations for both food and drinks. Everything was served promptly. Special thanks to K.Kung and K. Bonus at the swimming pool for being attentive and providing excellent service around the pool area. K. Zara, K. Venus, and K. Tanya at the Spa were friendly and welcoming. They explained the treatments clearly and even offered refreshing drinks while we waited, which was a nice touch. K. Dao from the Kids Club was wonderful with the children and helped make their time there enjoyable. We stayed in Room 612, and were very pleased with it. The room was spacious, clean, well-designed, and comfortable. The greenery view from the room added to the relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast offered a good variety of Thai and international dishes, pastries, and fresh fruits. Everything we tried was enjoyable, and the staff were friendly and attentive, especially K. Jaew, who provided excellent service. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience. The atmosphere, accommodation, food, and service all contributed to a memorable stay.
