Ramada Resort by Wyndham Khao Lak

We had the most amazing stay here. The hotel is immaculate, with very helpful staff who couldn't do enough for you. Our room was one of the best rooms we have ever stayed in with a jacuzzi bath, comfortable bed and shaded balcony area. Location great as well, close to local bars & restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Lovely comfy stay. We were here on a 10 day break. Our room was large and roomy, which overlooked the garden and pool. If there is any criticism it would be the lack of cupboard space, it's fine if you're there for just a couple of days, but not for 10 days or more. But apart from that all the staff were helping, kind and lovely. We went half board, but to be honest, if we go again we will go bed and breakfast, as there's many restaurants on your doorstep. The breakfast in the morning was amazing, everything you can think of to tempt you palette. Our evening meal was good, but did get a little boring after a few days. There was a nice touch with the occasional themed nights. The pool, beach, bar etc was really lovely, not crowded, so always managed to get a sunbed. Overall, would I come back and the answer is yes!! Thank you, for a lovely stay!

My second stay at this relaxing, tranquil hotel, every single member of staff are extremely helpful, can’t remember all their names, but it was interesting to chat to the lovely Kae and Boom at the cocktail reception. Rooms are left spotless by the housekeeping team, fresh beach towels are left in room on a daily basis, plus bottles of water. Extremely efficient WiFi in the room and all over the hotel for those who need it. The hotel is extremely well maintained and the gardens are immaculate almost like a botanical display. Plenty of choice at breakfast, even down to smoked salmon, delicious with a freshly poached egg. The Ramada is ideally situated for local restaurants and the lively Bang Niang street market is only a ten minute stroll away. The Chinese New Year Party was an excellent event and staff deserve high praise for working their socks off to stage it.

I had a very nice stay at the Ramada resort in Khao Lak. Arriving close to sunset time, me and my cousin jumped into the luxurious pool and ordered some drinks from the wet bar. We definitely felt like I had made the right choice picking this hotel, and as time went our opinion didn't change. The room was very clean, and the cleaning service worked efficiently every day. Our room was on the 2nd floor with a balcony towards the garden. There were no noise problems during any time of the day or night. It seemed like most guests went to bed early just as we did. So if you're looking for night life this might not be your best noption. The breakfast was really amazing, including many wonderful german style breads to choose from, an omelette station and lots of local fruits to pick from. We really liked the beach also, since it was basically on hotel grounds with sizzling hot sand(wear your flip flops!). The hotel spa's massage service was a nice experience as well. One thing that totally surprised me was the absence of mosquitoes. Being a veteran of Thai travel, I could not believe there were no pesky bloodsuckers anywhere in the hotel area. This hotel is definitely a great value for money-deal for people who require a bit more quality and also a quieter location. I will absolutely be back in the future.
