Returning to Renaissance resort and spa for the third time truly felt like coming home. every visit has been so special and reminds us why we keep coming back. from the moment we arrived we are greeted with a genuine warmth, kindness, and smiles from Pond, Kate,Freeha, gas and all the staff at reception The resort is absolutely stunning with beautiful surroundings and such a peaceful atmosphere that makes it so easy to switch off from the outside world. Thank you so much to Palm for our beautiful little notes in our room and making beautiful sculptures with our towel. Thank you all to the beautiful staff at breakfast for making every morning such a pleasure The food is always fresh and delicious and beautifully presented thank you to chefs Hi, Baity, charcream, Neeny, share, number1, arm and everyone at breakfast they go above and beyond. A Big thank you to YO, JOB and Ning at the Amazing Gym your warm welcome and genuine care made every workout something to look forward to every day keeping us in top shape. The best hotel in phuket!! Great food, confortable rooms, great service!

Special thanks to housing keep team; June, Sara, rose . The dolls they folded are quite adorable. An excellent private bbq experience delivered by chef: AEX and Singh. As well as service by Bigben. Last but not the least, thank you all the room arrangement by Mr. Gas. Definitely will come back soon.
