Fantastic stay! We had a wonderful time here. The food was delicious, the rooms spotlessly clean and the staff incredibly friendly and helpful. A big thank you to R, who worked at the pool, made our stay even better with her outstanding service and friendly welcome. We will definitely be back!

We recently stayed at this hotel for a family vacation, and overall, our experience was very good — though not without some frustrations. Upon arrival, one of our two booked rooms was not ready. We had to wait quite a long time, and unfortunately, the room preparation was delayed three times. The reason given was that there were bees on the balcony. While we understand that nature can’t always be controlled, the bees returned twice during our stay, and each time we had to contact staff to remove them. It would have been reassuring if this had been handled more proactively. During check-in, we were not provided with a tour of the hotel or information about the facilities and restaurants. Additionally, the details of the all-inclusive package were not explained — what was included, where it could be used, etc. This led to some confusion later. For example, Zonin Prosecco was listed on the all-inclusive beverage menu, but on several occasions we were told it was not included. We had to involve the manager to clarify this, which made the situation unnecessarily uncomfortable. That being said, the hotel itself is truly beautiful. The rooms are clean, bright, and feature a modern interior with very comfortable beds. The swimming pool area is excellent, and the easy access to the bar is a great advantage. The beach area is also very pleasant. The food was consistently stunning throughout our stay — especially at the SandBox restaurant. Every meal there was memorable. Although there were a few occasions when amenities were not replenished, which was slightly inconvenient, it did not significantly affect our overall comfort. We would especially like to thank R and Sun, who took wonderful care of us during our stay, assisting us with sunbeds, food, and drinks. A special thank you as well to Prae, the SandBox manager, who was very kind to us and made every dinner truly unforgettable. Despite some service inconsistencies, we had a lovely family holiday and created many great memories.

Such a wonderful resort!! The premises are beautiful with its beach front, a well equipped gym, three great restaurants and its own coffee shop. A highlight is definitely the Quan Spa and Judy’s treatments. I can also very highly recommend the activities that are offered by the hotel. I did the beach cleanup and twice the Thai Boxing with Job - who is such a great teacher and a wonderful person - as well as YoYo! In general, everyone is so incredibly nice - a huge shoutout also to Prae and Pond from Sandbox as well as Nanny for her wonderful room service. Overall, such a great choice, worth every penny.
