Great resort. Buffet breakfast seats you up for the day with so much variety. The pool access rooms shouldn’t be passed up, such a great feature

The most friendly and awesome experience provided by the staff at this resort. Wanted for nothing and felt like I was more than accomudated with everything that one person could require. The room maybe not 5 stars, but the rest of this lovely, pool, water resort is. Great canals with water around, loved the lagun fonten, spring water and hill view. Had the pizza 5 stars, staff is nice. Naiharn not the same now, lot of construction also around the before beautiful dam

We stayed for 10 days in a swim up room which i was very excited about! No complaints about room, large comfy and housekeeping do a great job! Due to the layout of the hotel the buildings surround the main pool meaning most swim up rooms only get sun during a certain part of the day- we didn’t use ours as it was in shade all day. The pool is split into two sections with not enough sun beds around them- we have come during low season so had no trouble getting a bed however i can see a fight for sun beds other parts of the year. So to get to the only bar by the pool is by going into the pool there is no other way of getting a drink- ive never experienced this before. If you are in the other pool you need to get out walk over to the other pool and get in to go to the bar- this is a minor irritation. The pool bar staff are fantastic! All inclusive - you are given cardboard “coupons” that you have to present to the bar and restaurants for them to sign it. Now having to enter the pool to get a drink i find this ridiculous, they should have a wrist band like most hotels. After a few days the pool staff recognised us as all inclusive and said our room number so we didn’t need to show them however in busy seasons they prob cant remember everyone. I think all inclusive at this hotel is a minority, you are given a smaller menu for food and drink which in all honesty is a shame considering the huge amount of money we paid for our food we felt a bit second class compared to the pay as you go customers. We had the option of adding drinks/food to our room for a charge however the drinks are basic on the all inclusive so personally id not go AI here. We always go AL on our holidays so didn’t expect there to be such a difference. We are disappointed in this. Every staff member here is exceptionally polite and makes effort to talk to you even if their English isn’t great. Most staff speak English so there was never an issue communicating. Overall this is a great hotel and I would staff here again however id pay for the food, and not come all inclusive. I will say the quality of the food is very very good, they cook everything fresh to order off a menu for lunch and dinner and everything we have had has been delicious. The only buffet style service is for breakfast. however we travelled a very long way so we didn’t want to to risk not going AI
