Anana Ecological Resort Krabi

Wonderful hospitality. We stayed in a pool room, which was luxurious and the pool is semi private. Staff could not do enough for us and they are to be highly commended. Very quiet and peaceful, but not far from the main drag and beach and there are frequent shuttles at the hotel.

The hotel is a little way out from the town but they have a frequent shuttle bus. The hotel is clean and very smart. Everything is well kept and staff are extremely helpful.

This place is outstanding! The surroundings of the nature is incredible, the staff is extremely friendly and makes the atmosphere very welcoming and comfortable, the resort is beautiful and very clean and the food is so good! We stayed here for 14 days and both tried the spa room with jungle view and the pool suite. Both rooms are very comfortable and nice, but the suite is of course over the top. The placement right ourtside Ao nang is perfect. Very calm and authentic, and you can easily take the free shuttle bus to Ao nang. It's also a nice and easy walk when it's not dark. We walked there every day and enjoyd the nature on the way. You can see monkeys in the trees. A BIG recommendation.

We chose this hotel because for us it offered good value compared to most of the beach front resorts in Krabi. We stayed for 3 nights in a spa suite. There was many things to really like about this hotel but what stood out to us was the staff - genuinely friendly and ready to assist at anytime time. From front desk to restaurants to rooms - 5 star service! The rooftop bar and restaurant was lovely and gave an awesome view and affordable menu. The room was spacious with great amenities and comfortable bed. Very good shower and air conditioning - which made time in our room very pleasant. The hourly service to and from Ao Nang was efficient and made shopping or beach trips easy and free! We enjoyed the fact that we could have the best of both worlds - visits to the shops and beach but then a quick shuttle back to our quiet and friendly resort. Lovely breakfast buffet in the morning. All in all we recommend this resort. It may not be on the beach or a huge resort but you will be more than comfortable and well looked after. A special shout out to NOK at the front desk who went above and beyond to help us with an issue we were having . This represents the excellent service we found at this resort.
