Dusit Thani Krabi Beach Resort

After three days in Krabi, we were really missing good Indian vegetarian food. By chance, we met Chef Ranjeet at Dusit Thani Krabi Beach Resort, and what followed was a wonderful surprise. Chef Ranjeet went completely out of his way to prepare authentic Indian vegetarian dishes for us. The food was not only delicious but also had that comforting, homely taste we had been craving during our trip. Every dish was perfectly balanced with flavors and made with genuine care. What impressed us the most was his warmth and willingness to take the initiative to ensure we had a memorable dining experience. It’s rare to find someone who puts so much heart into making guests feel at home, especially when traveling abroad. A big thank you to Chef Ranjeet and the team at Dusit Thani Krabi Beach Resort for such thoughtful hospitality. If you are an Indian traveler visiting Krabi and craving authentic Indian flavors, this place—and especially Chef Ranjeet—is a blessing! Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Once again our stay here proved that the Thai people are the country’s most precious asset. All the members of staff are to be congratulated on their professionalism and politeness in carrying out their duties. We provided some feedback after check in which was, impressively, acted upon immediately. This shows that the hotel’s management truly listens to its customers. As you can guess, we thoroughly enjoyed our five nights here taking full benefit of the available amenities which are well maintained and run. The beach area is a particular highlight. I only have a couple of minor suggestions, that ideally tea at breakfast should be served in a teapot rather than a mug and that the inside seating in the club lounge would benefit from an upgrade.

From the moment we checked in we found the hotel welcoming and comfortable. The location of this hotel is 5 star, being on the beach with direct access. Plenty of sunbeds and plenty of trees to create shade in the heat of the day. Swimming towels are provided and you can obtain a clean one every day. The pools were beautifully situated with a swim up bar. The breakfast menu was extensive with something for everyone's taste. On arriving for breakfast we were asked each.morning if we would like to sit inside or outside and then taken to our table. The hotel has its own app where you can access all the information. The grounds were extensive so you can do a lot of walking but there are buggys around to take you from one place to another. We attended a " meet and greet " session for an hour to meet up with some of the staff, which was lovely. We also were offered little snacks and free drinks Our room was spacious and comfortable. It is undoubtedly one of the best hotels I have stayed in ( and we travel a lot ! )

Very luxurious hotel, choice of buffet food for breakfast amazing, not much to do in the evenings, drinks and food at the hotel very expensive for Thailand. Nearest place for nightlife Ao Nang taxi ride away. Hotel very clean staff friendly but not very informative. Although a pleasant stay wouldn't use it again.

The restaurant Andaman Chef table was amazing! Especially Chef Wi and Mary 🥰who made this an exclusive experience! What a memorable meal!
